The sea view we booked was on the 3rd or 4th floor, but a front desk staff member didn't give us a room even though there was one available. Instead, they arranged a room on the first floor, which was lower than the second floor of the lobby. It was in the corner and we could only see a corner of the sea. After negotiation, they changed to a high floor with a full sea view as compensation for the second night. They also gave us a bottle of champagne, which was considered sincere.

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel service is fast and convenient, especially the dining in the room. The food is delicious and the delivery speed is fast. The hotel staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. When checking out of the hotel, the luggage service is ready on the side, which is very considerate.

Not a bad location, but the hotel is very old and does not deserve 5 stars. From the windows of most rooms there is a view of the construction site, and there may be noise. I was forced to pay an additional 400€ per night to move to a suite so as not to hear the noise. Bad Internet.

the biggest problem there was a strong smell into the room. we could not attempt to change the hotel because we have limitations for searching another place to stay. we have 3 yrs old kid and we did not want to deplete our limited time for a short vacation to search another place. It was an unbelievable strong smell inside.
