Red Roof Inn Dumfries - Quantico

Talk about a super man who was genuine and so graciously helpful. On a road trip, didn’t even stay at the hotel, but needed something printed on a Sunday morning in the south… talk about stress & lack of options. Thankfully I phoned The Red Roof Inn that was close by to ask if something could be printed. I offered to pay whatever fees because not having this paperwork was not an option. Walked in, explained that I phoned corporate & asked to print documents and that I only needed to email the documents personally. It seriously was that simple, finally. Khalid was more than easy going. He said yep, that was all we had to do. And even when the documents would not open via email he mentioned this and I was able to send it a different way, just so I could hopefully get them printed. Khalid, thank you so very much. Your help was awesome & amazing. I just appreciate your time & ease over the situation.

Didn’t like anything. Insects in both rooms. Rusted and broken bathroom fixtures.

The room was afraid of urine and was not safe. The sheets and the bed were dirty. Please don't be fooled by its appearance.

Went into the hotel room and there was stains on nearly everything

Staff was very accommodating and likeable.

Look, you get what you pay for. I really only needed a room for the night...somewhere to sleep. They may be trying to update the place but my room was stained, rusty, and JUST OLD. I don't have pics anymore. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but I found myself here so why not? The room served it's purpose but I wasn't too happy about the dingy room.
