Views include the Montara Lighthouse and private beach below to the South. Views of rocky cliffs, open water, whales, tide pools, sunsets, crashing waves, ships, fishing boats abound.
The rear yard is ideal for gathering with amenities that include patios, hot tub and fire pit, while just feet from the edge.
Built in the 1940s, much of the old-world charm has been preserved. The house has been renovated to include updated kitchen and bathrooms. A stone fireplace adorns the living room. First bedroom has queen size bed and additional day bed with trundle. Stairs lead to upstairs primary en-suite with fireplace. There is a garage with washer and dryer.
