Villa Santo Pietro with Panoramic Private Pool Close to San Gimignano and Golf

Nestled on a panoramic hill, Villa Santo Pietro hosts 10 people in 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Scenic swimming pool for exclusive use. 5 minutes' drive to Montaione pretty old village with shops and restaurants. Two excellent restaurants within a 2-minute drive. Golf Castelfalfi (27 holes) 15 min drive. An ideal point for day trips: just 20 minutes to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Miniato. Pisa Tower and beaches: 40 minutes. Siena and Florence by car: 1 hour 15 minutes. The swimming pool enjoys a super panoramic position and is open from early April to mid-October. It measures 6m x 12m with depth: from 0.20m to 1.20m and is equipped with 8 sunbeds and shaded areas. Inside, the owner expressed all her creativity to make the villa a special home with so many fine features, including the chandeliers made by a local artisan and the hand painted wall pictures. All areas are well connected in a fluid manner so as to make access between one area and another as easy as possible with the outside. A fireplace for cooler months provides more charm. Each bedroom is air conditioned and all openings are protected by mosquito nets including bathrooms. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has its own private bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have two single beds which can be joined together into a double bed and where we can add two camp beds for two children or teenagers for a total number of 10 people. For our smaller guests we provide a cot and a high chair.
