Very basic hotel with not many amenities. It has a great location near all the attractions of the pedestrian village and is like a 2 minute walk. Our room was large with a kitchenette, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom in an open concept format. It had one window with a balcony. It was a bit on the darker side though despite that. The AC below the window was set to 17C and we were still quite hot. The air didn't reach the bed and I was so hot sleeping. You have to be right beside the AC to feel it despite what temp it was set at. The shower was in need of repair and was difficult to use. A screw was loose when trying to get it to work, but we finally did and were able to use it. Parking was convenient in an underground garage, but it was hard to find a spot if you leave and come back at the end of the day. I don't think I'd stay here again despite the good location. I think I'd pay a bit more money and get something better. Being hot sleeping in the middle of a heat wave is a dealbreaker for me.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. Right in the middle of the Village and only steps away from most of the attractions and restaurants. While the property is old, the rooms are well maintained and you can see the renovations have been done where needed. So it gives a nice authentic feeling. The biggest compliment I will give them is the cleanliness. All utensils in the kitchen were clean and well kept.
We will consider this property again, when we visit Tremblant.

I was told that I booked using ******* at the time of check-in. I had asked for a room upgrade but was denied at the time of checkin. I had asked for late checkout since I arrived late, but was denied and was asked to come back and check next day morning before checkout. The hot spa outdoors was not hot. It was cold and hence pointless. I feel like if I had booked directly through their website, I would have gotten a slightly better treatment from the staff. Instead of booking through *******.

Conveniently located a couple of minutes walk to Tremblant Gondola. Clean and modern hotel, nice hot tub and sauna and pool table.
