Facilities: The overall facilities are relatively old, but they are all usable. The WiFi speed is okay. It feels very obvious after leaving the hotel door. It is much better than the wireless network.

Worst hotel in my life. If you want to throw money away, go here.
The staff were unfriendly and the system was so messed up that it took over 40 minutes to check in.
As you can see from the pictures, the building was old and the towels and blankets were dirty. It was damp and covered in unidentifiable dirt, and the facility had small mold and rust everywhere.
The room was not soundproofed at all, so I had trouble sleeping due to noise from the hallway and the next room.
The meals are far below what you would normally get at a hotel, and the restaurant staff have no service training at all.
Even though I complained about the delayed check-in to the hotel manager, the service attitude was not at all, such as just saying sorry.
Just skip this place.

There is no available outlets to charge your laptop or phone, you have to unplug a lamp or other devices to charge your devices. The desk is too low which makes it hard to work and there are only 3 channels that are not even clear.
The food is good but pricy. for example, a small juice is $7. The staff are nice but don't seem well trained in customer service. For example (you have to call to get your laundry back, you have to ask twice for your order or check). The bathroom didn't have towels, so I had to call to get the towels. The bathtub has cracks, so it leaks water to the floor. The bed is comfortable and the AC works well.

The first night of my arrival there was a roach in my room. The fixtures in the bathroom were old and not working properly! The street view rooms were so very noisy, unable to sleep. After a complaint, I did a room change, but it was in the front of the hotel, which faced numerous other businesses. Very noisy, late night and early morning. Food in the only restaurant in hotel was overly priced and not very good quality food. Staff untrained in hotel service!

There was nothing unique about the property. It seems that they have done no upgrades or anything since they opened in 2011 or so the property the room rugs are dirty and ripped in spots. The Internet is the best thing about the place. I went there because I had to work. I need to stay an extra day and the price went up by $50 so to say I checked out and came to another hotel. I believe I left behind a very important item but I won’t go back for it. I have 26 more days in this country , I stay there several times when I have to come into town. I was going to bring the rest of my team and stay, but because the way the manager spoke to me and because of the way, they upped the price my that $50 instead of letting me remain at the price that I had , I won’t take my team. We will go somewhere else.

Great location in town, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great food options.
The only downsides that the phone is not working so I had to go the restaurant to order room service. I called maintenance but they could not fix it. The other issue is the TV with only 4 channels and poor resolution.

We stayed at the Boulevard Palace for 9 days. The staff was attentive. The room was kept nicely for us. The restaurant was quite good.
