Stayed twice this trip. So worn out from work. oBreakfast is cultural som had the chef prepare eggs my way . But the lunch and dinner menu was good. So enjoyed the spa and salon. Got a manicure and pedicure, very reasonable. Then the massage, oh my goodness! So wonderful and the cost neglible. Beds so-so place is aging. Security is top notch though, staff very helpful and friendly. They remember you.

내생에 최악의 호텔. 돈을 버리려면 이곳에 가세요.
직원들은 불친절하고, 시스템이 엉망이라 체크인하는데 40분이 넘게 걸렸습니다.
사진 보시면 아시겠지만 건물도 낡은데다 수건이랑 이불도 더러웠습니다. 눅눅한데다 정체를 알수 없는 찌든때가 배어있고, 시설은 곳곳에 작은 곰팡이 및 녹이 슬어 있었습니다
방은 방음이 전혀안되서 복도 및 옆방 소리에 잠을 설쳐야했습니다.
식사도 보통 호텔에서 나오는 수준보다 훨씬 떨어지고, 식당 종업원들은 서비스 교육이 전혀 안되어 있습니다.
체크인 지연에대한 불만을 호텔 매니저에게 컴플레인 했는데도 그냥 미안하다 한마디로 끝내는 등 서비스 자세가 전혀 안되어 있습니다.

I have been to the Boulevard Hotel several times in the past. I love the attentiveness I received from the Front Dest, especially Jackie. My dining experiences were great having Peter as the Chef and Samuel serving my table on a regular bases. In the morning, I had pancakes and omelette cooked to my taste. The atmosphere was very pleasant with the morning servers greeting me and making me more than comfortable. Everytime I stepped into the restaurant I was greeted with big smiles and most of the time I was directed to the chair and table that they knew I liked to sit in. I would request that my room be cleaned early in the morning and I was happy to have been accomodated along those lines. The security is very good at the Boulevard. I feel extra safe when I am staying at this establishment. Overall, the Boulevard Palace is a hotel that I have come to time after time because of the attentive, caring and informative staff along with the food that they offer.

The stay was near beautiful. I just have a problem with the fact there isn't enough towels and the lack of face/wash towels. It's must be an African thing because most of them don't. Well maybe your hotel can start thinking out of the box and create an impression on your American guest.
Try it you might just improve your business revenue.
