The manager was very considerate in offering us a room on the first floor when he saw that we have two elderly ladies who would have had trouble climbing stairs

Entire first floor and lobby we under construction. Back door to hotel entrance had no lock, there were no ice machines, and they provided no breakfast items. They do not include this information when you make a reservation.

Went to Pittsburgh for the weekend and decided to try Super 8 for the night. Price was very reasonable. Check in and check out were quick and friendly. Clean room and very clean restrooms. Convenient parking. Comfortable bed. Limited breakfast, but it was satisfying. Very quiet location and seemed to be safe. Staff very friendly. Would certainly return.

Older motel in need of refreshing. Very disappointed in the breakfast bar, nothing wholesome, not even any juice. Just a waffle or a bagel to start the day. Rooms are clean and give a great view of a hill.

The Motel itself very pleasant clean and in a good area for restaurants and fast food. Have a breakfast bar for people on the go. Other than that I can just say I had a pleasant visit for my two night stay. Only discrepancy was two different prices for the two different days which I don't understand. Other than that I would give him five stars.

I made reservations on 7/31/23 for 7/31/23 till 8/3/23 and an hour later I had to cancel my reservations due to a family emergency. The cancellation policy is that I pay 1 day for cancellation fee but the hotel will not refund ANY of my money... I've been fighting with them since July 31st. I have filed complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney general bureau of consumer protection. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE....

Franchise owner’s policy of copying government issued ID is concerning and unacceptable, especially in this age of identity theft and cybercrime. Supervisor in Central reservation customer service was rude and unprofessional. Would not connect me to her Manager or provide contact # for Wyndham Corp office or legal and compliance. Said I could call the police if I wanted and finally hung up on me

I’m so disappointed with the way this hotel is run. My room was not cleaned properly, tub was still dirty, dust everywhere and crumbs still on the floor along with burn holes all over the top blanket and white smears on the chair. I asked for a can light to be fixed that was hanging which never happened. The Taylor Swift Concert was the weekend that I went so of course they took advantage of their customers like every other hotel and upped the prices and no I wasn’t there for the concert I was there for a friends wedding and will be coming back in a few months just won’t ever stay here again. When I booked on line it said $243 for each night and that was with my AAA discount and early Sunday morning I noticed that the price went down to $80. I asked the gentleman at the desk if they would do that day at $80.10 instead of the $243 and he said yes. When I checked out the next day I had to ask for my receipt and that’s when I noticed that instead of $243 for Friday and Saturday they upped it to $325 and then put Sunday at $80.10. I came back at 11 am to speak with the manager who proceeded to argue with me stating that they did lower the one day and that the other days were correct since I was charged what was quoted when I originally booked. I then asked what was the point of them changing the one day just to up the other days and he tried telling me that they didn’t and that it was the daily amount that was quoted on line. I asked why didn’t his desk clerk tell me they would honor the one day where the price drastically decreased on line if they were only going to up the other days and he literally spoke to me like I had no ideal what I was talking about. My total remained exactly the same because they upped the other two days and then discounted the one. He then offered me $50 off for one day and when I voiced my concerns on how they were charging such high prices to me when they knew it was lower on line he proceeded to then say he wasn’t even taking the $50 off which I didn’t care at that point. This place is run by scammers who do the bare minimum to their hotel and take advantage of the people who are keeping them in business. I will admit that I didn’t keep my cool but I wasn’t being disrespectful I was literally questioning by bill and they thought they would pull a fast one on me. I will be contacting the corporate office along with possibly disputing the charges. Run from this place if you can otherwise you will look back at this review and say dang I wish I listened. I truly hope they can get it turned around and actually create a place that they can be proud of and stand by without worrying about karma biting them in the butt and getting them shut down.
