Not great

I requested a room with full size refrigerator in kitchen and king size bed. When I got there they did not have that room available. I asked for a refund and left. They should not take the reservation if they can not deliver.

Bummer Staff could not Open the room that was reserved , it was locked . Placed in another lower level room from what was booked . Room was not really clean , no coffee maker , not enough towels in room . Checked out super early to keep on traveling west . I don’t see us booking here again .

Avoid at all costs! The first half dozen perfumes assaulted me before even making it into the lobby. Second half dozen were just as offensive just walking to the room. No wonder they told us to walk around the building outside. Carpets were hideously worn and stained. Took 7 tried for the room key to work. Even though the room was just cleaned when we arrived the sheets were stained and pillows were yellow. Gladly we had sleeping bags. I've stayed in barracks that were better maintained, and cleaner. A nice personal touch was the previous renter's hair left for us on the shower wall. The outer pane of the window had a hole the size of a dinner plate in it. Water stains covered the ceiling and the only thing the heater was good for was more bad smells. Microwave and fridge were clean, but also probably installed no more than a month or two prior.

The area was quite and you can make your own waffles during breakfast time

I booked a room through *******. Upon arrival, the staff claimed I was not registered. Then was told I was called on my phone to confirm. No calls were listed on my recent call list, voice mail, text messages or email. I was given a room. Upon checkout, no receipt was given. I was told I would hear from *******, claiming I was still not registered in their system.
