Great overnight rest on road trip The building looks new and very clean. The room is nice, not big but it's sufficient. The bedding is comfortable. Shower gel were out but front desk has them ready when requested. I wished there would be more towels ready but it's not a problem since we requested more from the front desk. Downside would be breakfast seems to be lacking. But understandable since it doesn't look like there's in-house kitchen. Overall, it's very convenient since it's off the highway and there's a Walmart across the street with fast charging for EV. It's a great rest stop for long road trip over night.

We booked this last minute. It was quick and easy. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is simple but they were out of a lot. People with children weren’t happy. We made it work but it was just my husband and me! Will definitely stay at this chain again.

Big spiders The front desk people we're great. It the cleaning people. I asked the front desk lady to have them please clean the floors in our room because they where dirty. And she said she would have them in the room to clean the floors. The front desk lady to me to let her know when we where heading out the room to go out for the day. So what happened the cleaning lady comes in our room well we where still in there. My wife was mad. This lady is spraying chemical on the floor while my kids are in the room. And she did not sweep the floor first. She just took a swifter and cleaned it. And on top of that there were the biggest spider we have ever seen in our room. Then my wife and kids where scared to stay in the room after that. The cleaning crew is horrible and it was not clean at all.

We stayed at this hotel last year and loved it. But it was a MainStay back then. What happened? The rooms are as small as a Microtel, maybe smaller. Did they reconfigure all the rooms into half the size? It appeared so. The high points: very clean, nice bed and bedding, great TV. Cleanliness at a hotel is important to me and if there was only room to move, I may have come back. We had to store all our luggage, photo equipment, etc on the wide windowsill. We dealt with it because thankfully it was only for one night. But then there is the so-called breakfast. One small coffee pot which they have to refill often and sometimes it takes a while. No lids for the cups. In other words, don't even try to take a cup of coffee with you! Only a few selections, not even toast! We decided to skip breakfast, but I wanted to take at least an orange juice (with no lid) with me. OJ pitcher was totally empty. Desk person did offer to "make" me some juice. What does that mean? When he finally came back with the pitcher, I sipped the orange juice and it was so watered down, I could not believe it! I guess "make the juice" means mixing it 50% or less with water. I dropped it in the garbage on the way out!

Clean and safe The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was great.
