Palazzo Ducale Suites ★★★★
"The people there is really nice, and the room facilities are new and clean. But the location is hard to find at the first time."
Al Balhara Resort & Spa ★★★★
"We relied on a New Year's Eve organizer (a certain Megna) who wanted the money in advance, 110 each from our group of 49 people. Assuming he didn't even ask for our last names, he set up tables at random, so he didn't even know where the different menus were. As soon as we arrived, they "sequestered" us in the lobby, hundreds of people waiting for I don't know what. At 9:00 PM, they crammed us in, but they didn't even know where the A/B/C groups were. We ended up in a corridor full of tables where people were passing by with suitcases, with strollers and the waiters (inexperienced) were more confused than anything else. Let's move on to the food which was limited and mediocre, the wine then what can I say.... All different bottles because they didn't have any left 🤔 we ask for some Coke and they tell us that it is not provided (not even for children unless you pay). I'll start by saying that the children for 50 euros ate a spoonful of pasta and half a cutlet with 3 chips. We were hoping to make up for the evening with entertainment but in our room there was a guy who probably doesn't even know what entertainment means, he even delayed the midnight countdown. Luckily we then moved to the other room where the DJ was quite good and we danced a bit. My advice is to earn a little less but do good publicity, in one word I define you RIDICULOUS!!! It's a shame because the location is very beautiful"
Casa Lilla ★★★
"Location view sea short outside San Vito, cleaning, excellent breakfast, silence and unfair treatment by the owner, super recommended !"
Palazzo Al Carmine ★★★
"Absolutely pristine apartment with very comfortable beds, great shower and well equipped kitchen in fantastic location. In the old town area right near Cathedral, fruit and groceries. Very helpful staff and excellent wifi. No washing machine but handy washing line, and in room safe."
Al Balhara Resort & Welleness Spa ★★★★★
"Not everything was bad to be honest but my overall experience ended in a very bad way. The hotel is huge and was totally empty (3 cars in the parking lot - must be the staff's - only us at breakfast). When checkout on time we asked the receptionist if it was ok to go buy a souvenir in town and come back to enjoy the pool until when head to the airport in early afternoon. She called her manager who said "NO, only until 1pm" which didn't help us since all of the tourists' stores closes at 1pm so we had to go shopping first. Once again i do think we were the only 2 guests at this hotel which didn't make any sense. There was litterally NO ONE at the pool. We didn't get any explanations but to us, that was clearly not understandable. At the end, we spent our last day in Sicily at the airport cause we didn't want to leave our suitcases unattended in the car. I understand now why most of this hotel's reviews are bad : they clearly don't care about what their customers needs. Our experience in all of the other hotels we stayed at was so much better than this one. Sicilians can do much better so AVOID THIS HOTEL! "
Bnb Casa Rossa ★★★
"We stayed one night there in February. The hotel managers knew we were arriving at 8pm. However they made no effort to put the heating on beforehand. When we arrived, the room was absolutely freezing and it took 4 hours for the bed to warm up. They apologised but did not offer us any kind of compensation. Also the room was dirty old and not cosy because there were no decorations whatsoever. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, Casa Rossa ("casa terribile" would be more appropriate here) is the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. I am sorry to say, I really had the feeling that for the managers it was just a business, nothing more. This is not what I expect from a "bed and breakfast", no way!"
