Mountgrace was everything we wanted for our stay in Monodendri. The hotel is very stylish. The breakfast offering is a selection of food served to your table. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view and was very peaceful - just the sound of the goat bells in the morning and evening. One of the loveliest places we have stayed.

We took the suit with 2 floors it was an amazing room with great view. Clean and well designed. The parking for the car was a little challenge and the direction of Google was wrong , therefore , better to talk with the owner in advance. Under the hotel there is a great bar that we drink at evening .

Beautiful small hotel in a stunning traditional village in mountainous area. The hotel is perfectly located near the old square and the beginning of Vikos gorge hiking trail and a monastery with a great view. The view at the terrace of the hotel is also great. The rooms are nicely decorated, spaceous and comfortabel. The breakfast has a variety of local produce and is all served at your table. The massage by Nikos was the nicest massage i've ever had. The owner and the personnel are extremely nice and welcoming and are doing the extra mile to help you. At check-out we forgot a bag and the owner was so nice to bring it to us on our next travel destination. It was really the perfect stay to our honeymoon. Thank you for everything!

On arrival our room smelled fairly horrible. The receptionist said he smelt it too when he showed us in but was quite rude about what the smell actually was. He insisted it was the fireplace. It doesn't really matter where it was from. It smelled. I asked if they had any room as didn't want that smell for two days. He offered a split level but it was 92 euro per night more!! Owning our own business we know that's a big NO! You don't charge for a room change when it's your problem. There were a few things wrong with this hotel. Mountain view in each room was in description . See my photos. Three windows of a wall in an alleyway!!!. It just makes the whole stay uncomfortable. Lies and rude manners when you yourself work 7 days a week all hours and come away for two days on your anniversary . It's just very bad service not to ask the guests the next day if everything is ok. This hotel has a lot of socks to pull up. The plus side is the village and everyone In It was just amazing. Already booked for Christmas but definitely not this hotel sadly!

Hidden gem! This quaint little hotel didn’t disappoint. We felt like royalty staying here. The room was large, clean and luxurious with lots of little extras. Complimentary sit down breakfast served at a beautiful dining room table. Definitely would stay longer next time. Lots to see in the historical little village close to the Vikos Gorge.
