"Aren't you mistaken in the hotel's rating? It is certainly a 3-star hotel and very favored. There weren't many people in the hotel, but the glasses and bottles from the previous afternoon that we had in the lobby were still there until the morning when I went to have breakfast. Few staff without any classification to be working in a hotel. Meal table with glass top with paper towels (4 stars ????) There is no social room just in the entrance hall. Dinner of no quality whatsoever, at the last dinner the chips were burnt and everyone complained and nothing was done. Friendly staff from reception to other employees. Reasonable room. I hope that my review will help to improve this hotel."

"The building is interesting, for example there is a small cloister. It is well-sited for both the historic town and the spa gardens/ river/ ecovia. As an hotel it is alright, but with a list of "buts" that should not occur in an hotel that claims four stars. The hot water in my room never got above tepid, sometimes was just cold. Reception staff's response was to suggest that l let the taps run for longer, which did not help. Metal furniture in the room looks stylish but is heavy, cold, hard to move and uncomfortable. No room safe. Wooden shutters let in enough light around the edges to wake me up with the dawn. Breakfast was OK, though cereals did not get more interesting than corn flakes. Tables are allocated by room number. Did not feel a place to relax. Staff were unsmiling. Yobbish guests played amplified music and shouted in the swimming pool area which l overlooked."
