우선, 호텔 스탭들이 너무 불친절했고, 3인실인데 컵은 한개, 나머진 두개 세팅 되어 있어 스탭에게 물어봤더니 기본이 원래 2인용 기준이라고, 그럼 1인용으로 세팅 되어 있는거 + 2인거 밖에 없는거 바로 3인용으로 해줘야 하는거 아닌가? 여기저기 머릿카락이 떨어져 있질 않나, 방 배정 받고 찾아가니 문이 활짝 열려있질 않나, 변기 리모컨은 건전지가 떨어져 작동이 안되질 않나, 스탭들은 죄가 집에 우환이 있는건지 웃음이라곤 찾아볼수도 없고,, 40년 넘게 많은 호텔 이용해 봤지만 이렇게까지 불친절하고 교육이 안되어 있는 호텔은 첨 경험해 봤습니다. 이 호텔 사장은 이런 실태 모를까??

평화광장 쪽에 있어서 위치면에서는 최고라 생각함. 시설이 좀 오래 되었지만 성급에 맞는 있을만한 시설은 있음.. 다만 침구나 어메니티 등등은 좀 더 관리가 필요해 보임.

호텔 은 오래됬지만 이부자리도 깨끗하고 써비스좋고 위치가 좋음 주변에 맛집도 많고 운동하기도 좋아서 다음에 또 가고 싶은곳 이기도 해서 추천합니다

비용을 더 지불하고 오션뷰 예약했는데 바다는 안 보이고 공사장만 보였음. 최소한 저층(2층)은 오션뷰라고 하면 안 될 것 같음.
청소상태 불량. 화장실 세면대에 머리카락과 검은 이물질 곰팡이가 있음.
야외 최고 기온 37도인데 에어컨 온도 조절 불가. 중앙 컨트롤 방식인 듯. 약 26도 기준으로. 대신 선풍기가 있음.
침대 위생 불량. 원인 미상의 먼지가 방안을 계속 떠다님. 바닥 카펫 및 침구류 오리털 먼지가 원인으로 보임.
먼지에 예민하신 분은 편하게 쉴 수 없는 룸 컨디션.

저층은 바로 앞에 건물 짓고 있어 공사장 뷰입니다. 일부러 일찍 도착해서 높은 층 부탁드린다고 했는데 당일 도착 순이 아니라 인터넷 예약 순으로 방 층수 배정 된다고 하네요.
직원 친절도 빼고 다 좋았습니다.
