Booked the royal suite which was quite large and nice. Good parking situation as well. Would recommend.

Clean and tidy just like a brand new hotel. Enjoyed a quiet environment and peaceful seafront sidewalks.

Very convenient to eating place and emart is just below. The room with ocean view is great.

Hotel is accessible for everything, closer to train station and theres a restaurant closed to it that really cheap but first class seafood. The ocean view was really nice, with the mountain view. The staff was so helpful and kind. .I would love to come back here .

A newer hotel at Mokpo. Limited basement carpark but parking is also possible in the multistory carpark next to the hotel. Hotel staff has limited English. Some dust in some areas including on top of kitchen hood, however generally a comfortable stay.

Nice, clean and new hotel. The place is good along the sea and ferry terminal.

Right next to the harbor and fish market, there's a convenience store downstairs, and it's also close to Mokpo High Speed ​​Rail Station. The whole hotel is fragrant and comfortable. I stayed an extra night. It was great. The restaurants nearby are also great. The people here are quite friendly 😆

*Honest Review of Mokpo Ocean Hotel I had high hopes for a hotel with an ocean view, but there were several disappointing aspects, so I'm leaving an honest review. *Parking Issues The hotel's underground parking lot was very small. It was full, so I had to use the public parking lot. The seafood center had posted a sign saying, "No hotel guests allowed," which was very inconvenient. My first impression was negative, starting with the parking issue. *"Harbor View," not "Ocean View," and Noise They clearly said it was an "Ocean View" room, but what I actually saw was a harbor with moored fishing boats. Opening the window allowed the harbor noise to filter in, not the ocean view, and it was very noisy until late at night. It was difficult to relax and enjoy the tranquil ocean view I'd hoped for. *Breakfast and Room Service I didn't request breakfast due to the poor reviews. However, when I tried to order room service, I was told I had to pick it up myself. It was both strange and inconvenient to have to go pick it up myself after ordering room service from the hotel. This was my first experience with this type of service. *Surroundings There weren't many decent places to eat nearby besides raw fish restaurants. Parking was a problem, so I couldn't get out of the car, which made dinner a struggle. The options were extremely limited. *Absurd TV Channel Issues I turned on the TV, but KBS2, a terrestrial channel, wasn't on, so I inquired. I was met with the absurd response, "This channel isn't subscribed to." I couldn't understand why even basic channels weren't available. *Please consider replacing the towels. They're too thin. *Overall: Overall, the Mokpo Ocean Hotel didn't meet my expectations for the price. The various inconveniences made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable stay, and I'll consider a different hotel next time.

It's a bit far from Mokpo Peace Square, but it wasn't inconvenient to drive there. I upgraded to an ocean view room, and the view was great. It felt almost like an unmanned hotel, which was a bit disappointing. (Of course, there are staff on duty.) If you don't bring your own toothbrush or toothpaste, you'll need to purchase it from a machine in the lobby. It was nice to have a water purifier in the room. There was a swimming pool on the 9th floor, but I couldn't find the time to just take a look. (It was quite nice.)
