This hotel is a scam for the following reasons: -1 they don’t have any reception or 24 hour front desk service. On the other hand if you call them they will not respond you. The same thing happened to me. -2 during my booking I informed them about my late check in. In the check in day I was calling them but they didn’t reply. Once a lady picked up the phone but cut the call rudely. -3 when I was in front of hotel in the night around 12 AM. They didn’t answer my call. After 15 minutes 1 person answered and he just told me the basic about self check in. Then he disconnected the call without proper solution and check in. -4 it took me more than 1 and a half hours to check in after getting help from another guest. -5 during this time I spoke to my agent Trip.com for solutions and on behalf of me the were calling them but hotel. But hotel didn’t respond to their call. And after 2 hours my agent trip.com compensate me about £25 pounds for this issue and fraud partner. -6 room size is fine but there were no cushion. You can see that in pictures. -7 I requested them for silent room but in the early morning I woke up from construction noise. Later on when I opened my door, I saw this hotel is under construction. If the hotel work is on going then why they give this in rent? -8 toilet was fine -9 I can give this hotel 1.5 out of 10. 1 is for location and 0.5 is for fair toilet. -10- finally, all in all this hotel is a scam in trip.com. Please do not waste your money here. I don’t know why trip.com represents that type of such scammers. I am a diamond member of trip.com. If I get this kind of treatment then just imagine what will happen to you. This hotel is liar, rude, very very bad in communication, no front desk service, no response to call, no respect towards their guests. They are totally scammers. Please avoid this hotel.

WARNING: WORST "HOTEL" I EVER STAYED IN Other than location, it does not offer anything pleasant. The building, lobby and corridors are very dirty. There are buckets along the narrow corridors because of water leakage (see pic). The room is a bit dusty and the toilet is very small!! The space between the toilet bowl and the wall in front is so tiny, you have to sit sideways to po*p!!! Upon checking out, they asked for the TV and AC remote controls which they gave me when i checked in. I left it in the room thinking that it should be handle by the maintenance, but no... the receptionist asked me to go back to my room to pick it up. Worst service ever.

It's unfortunate that the power and WiFi went out at 11pm. At 1am I sent a WhatsApp to the number that says they have 24-hour service. The air conditioning didn't work, I was very cold, unable to charge my devices, and they answered me at 8am, apologising for the inconvenience. The truth is, it's terrible. I demand financial compensation for the terrible service.

The room size is OK, but the balcony is too small to stay in. Facilities were very basic and the air conditioner leaked water into the room. The biggest advantage is the location, right next to the Old Town Square. It's OK as a one night stopover.

So, great location, very good. In the center and close to everything, Plaza Mayor. Services ok, what you need, the gift for hair was missing but it doesn't matter. Positive stay.

The hotel is very basic. Noisy. Very very old blankets, paint and joints in the bathroom need to be redone. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is very well located

It was the perfect hotel to spend a few days in! The room had a toilet and a glass shower room. You can watch YouTube on the TV! The tourist spots are close by, so access is great! It's about 5 minutes from the nearest station. The hotel has a lift🛗 to the lobby, but there are only stairs to the rooms, so you have to carry your suitcase up by yourself! Note⚠️Please note that you cannot store your luggage for free before check-in time!

For a day or two, the location is more than enough to get around, but it is not recommended for people with conditions or for children either, much less for older people, thanks.

Very bad, not recommended. The best room we booked with a balcony had a smell, the heating was broken, the air conditioning was not powerful, and the hot water only lasted a few seconds. It’s so painful!

Small single room with shower, WC and small sink. ok for a night or two Very clean. Rudimentary but sufficient for a passage. Perfect location.

In our case, everything was fine, quite clean, comfortable bed, the balcony is huge and the heating worked wonderfully, not to mention the location, which was just 3 minutes from Puerta del Sol. The girls at the reception of 10, made sure that we have the taxi at the door at 5 in the morning The bad, we had suitcases for a vacation and we had to carry them up to the 4th floor by stairs
