Hoy 27 de julio no funciona ni una sola ducha de la piscina. A las 11.00 nadie del hotel.se había dado cuenta. Los socorristas inician su jornada a las 11.00 y dicen que hasta esta hora la piscina está cerrada. Incomprensible en temporada alta. No hay servicio.de toallas de piscina y no lo.abisan antes de la llegada. Nada recomendable

Es la segunda vez que venimos a este hotel y debo decir que no va a ser la ultima. En mi opinion es una de las mejores experiencias. Limpieza genial. Instalaciones cuidadas. Staff genial. Amables atentos y serviciales. No puedo tener quejas solo agradecimientos. El equipo de animacion impresionante...mucho curro detras de todo ello. Y el plus de estar al lado de la playa....me encanta!!

Música altíssima até as 23:30. Bar na praia com música ao vivo a partir da meia noite. É impróprio para quem queira descansar. No restaurante devia haver melhor insonorização. Parece uma praça. Mas tirando isso o hotel é agradável e o pessoal simpático

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights at Servigroup Mojácar Playa. All meals taken were excellent. We had full board and found dri ks in the restaurant to be of average price for a 4 star hotel. The pools were excellent especially the one that appeared to be salt water. Beautiful view up to Mojacar Pueblo from the very comfortable room that also had a Seaview. The restaurant was very well run by the first class restaurant manager and all his very pleasant staff. We enjoyed the Girasol sitting area in particular and all staff who worked in there at lunch and dinner were particularly friendly as were the girls who checked you in for meals. The housekeeping staff, pool staff and maintenence men all worked hard to keep place clean and tidy. The only thing we found better at the Marina Mar was the indoor leisure facilities and the bar at the side of the hotel had a bit more life than the beach bar at the Marina Playa. The entertainment in both hotels was geared towards children but that was not a problem but maybe a few activities geared towards adults would be good. Building work was going on at the hotel next door which was a bit off putting when we arrived but never really noticed it whilst in hotel itself. All and all a great stay and hope to return.

1st time in this hotel. Staff are great, hotel clean food good , can get a bus transport outside good. Indoor pool is a bonus if weather is poor or like me you don't like cold water but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. All round lovely stay would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Lovely spacious bedroom, but could do with a lot more draw space. All staff were very helpful. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The downside was the canteen couldn’t call it a restaurant. It’s extremely noisy and not enjoyable. The food was mainly warm, even if you went in when it first opened. The evening entertainment was nonexistent & it started at 11pm, no activity’s during the day. It’s in a very quiet area, there is nothing to walk to, no shops or bars, you have to rely on taxis to get anywhere. It’s stated as 4 star, in my opinion 3 star would be better.
