From check in to leaving it was a poor experience. You can’t run a tab in a bar if you are a resident, there is no al a carte restaurant, the check in was very slow, the room is dated and uncoordinated, my air conditioning blew warm air and could not be adjusted, the line for coffee at breakfast was over 20 minutes, could not exit the car park on check out because I’d handed in my key card so had to go back to reception where I had just checked out and they told me I should have kept my key card. Trrrible, would not recommend and will never go again. It’s not 4 star it’s a package holiday hotel.

THE PROPERTY IS A VERY RUN HOTEL. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE. A GOOD SELECTION FOR YOUR BREAKFAST AND WE HAD AN EVENING MEAL WHICH WAS VERY NICE.

Hotel grande situado frente al mar, con fácil aparcamiento fuera del hotel, con habitaciones grandes, y la mayoría, con vistas al mar. El bufete es variado y de calidad. Muchas zonas de diversión al exterior, piscinas, incluso cubierta, jardines, pistas de padel, terrazas, etc

Opinion de enero 2025. Hotel de playa bien ubicado. Habitación limpia y con vistas a la playa. La cama es cómoda. Bien insonorizada. La comida normal para estos hoteles de playa. Al haber muy poco público, no había ningún problema de esperas. El único pero en esta ocasión es que hay obras importantes en un hotel contiguo y deberían avisarlo ... Tuvieron la gentileza de proporcionar garage gratis para evitar que se cubrieran los coches de polvo de la obra...

Comida variada pero algunos alimentos deberían mantenerlos en refrigeración para evitar intoxicaciones alimentarias, sin embargo estaban a temperatura ambiente. No había ningún responsable en el gimnasio para que controlara la sala. La gente no usaba toallas y dejaban el sudor en las máquinas. Falta de mantenimiento en algunos aparatos. El personal del hotel fué muy amable. La situación del hotel es muy buena, a primera línea de la playa y con zonas ajardinadas cerca. Es un hotel grande y ofrece muchos servicios.

Magníficas instalaciones, piscina termalizada excelente, deben repasar los anclajes de las escalerillas de acceso y salida de la piscina, estaban sueltos, y la comida excelente y variada, y el personal muy agradable y servicial

Great Christmas holiday.
Lovely hotel, fabulous staff, though there seemed to be a lack of staff in the bar. So service was slow. Our room had a problem with the shower tray which leaked all over the bathroom floor
