It would be great if breakfast was served!

For a striving higher end property in Moab, the staff needs to learn how to treat guests. Upon arrival there was no welcome, barely an acknowledgment of our arrival. The seemingly brand new employee got us checked in. There are two sides of the building, facing the highway or the backside. We asked for a room on the back but were told everyone was checked in and we could not be moved. We went up to our room and could not stand the noise. Went back down to the lobby to request a move or a refund and we'd find another hotel. No one was at the front desk. We waited a while, then I went in the door to the back office to find the agent with whom I assumed was the Manager, a rude lady who told me to wait out front, fair enough. Finally got a room facing the back which was nice and quiet. Of course she couldn't even be bothered to come out, she sent her new employee to deal with us who had to keep going back to consult with her. The hotel itself is new, clean with a nice pool area, albeit you have to walk through the parking lot to get there. If it were located somewhere else with new staff I would stay there. I would not recommend staying here unless they can guarantee you a room on the backside, unless you don't mind listening to semi trucks and cars all day and night.

Was a great location. Was in Moab with my 3 children to hike. Loved that there was a grocery store across the street. Meant we could get breakfast/lunch/snacks a Ng d nit have to eat out every meal
