Under Canvas Moab

Tents and beds are ok. The staff is friendly. Be aware, that there are no electricity in the tents. No a/c - we where there in september, where the temperature was 36 degrees (97 fahrenheit). It was terrible. And the only possibility for keeping cold drinks and store food is a box with ice in it, that you collect in the reception. The water at the sinks and in the bathroom requires, that you hold the handle down all the time - pretty annoying while showering. The water changes temperature many times in a shower - very, very hot segments. There are a LOT of noise from the nearby freeway and the railroad. Both of our nights there, there came a very long trains between 01.00 (1 am) - 03.00 (3 am) making a lot of noise and honking their horns many times. We slept very bad both nights. And we would have gone somewhere else for sure after these two nights - should our stay had been booked here for more days. This is not luxury glamping, this is primitiv glamping with bad sleeping conditions. Way to expensive for what you get. We will never go again.

Great experience of sleeping in a tent, in the middle of nothing. Tent are cleaned. Sustainability is top! I would highly recommend.

Under canvass Rushmore. Place may be great, I have no idea. I had to cancel the trip and a full two weeks in advance when canceling our stay there was no refund or credit for the future available. They have a 30 days notice policy on cancels to get a refund. It is absolutely disclosed. But even so, I was hopeful that a full two weeks out I might get a credit for a future stay. Nope. I appreciate the need to protect your business but honestly find this policy to be rather draconian. Scratching this company off my list.

We had the most incredible trip to Moab and much of it was because of how wonderful the staff and experience at Under Canvas was. Included were nightly ice cream & popsicles, smores, board games, stargazing, and an incredibly comfortable bed / canvas tent. I took my 3 and 5 year old for their first camping adventure and it made them eager for more. I'm so grateful to the Under Canvas Moab team

Loved this location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We got caught in a surprise rain storm, and the “windows” in our tent were open. The staff were more than willing to go (in the pouring rain) to our tent and zip it up and protect our stuff. Once the rain has stopped, they changed out all of our linens and anything that was wet. The location is beautiful. Well kept. Facilities were clean and modern. Can’t say enough about this stay and the staff at under Canvas Moab. A++

Absolutely fabulous experience. Just the right balance of disconnection with subtle touches of luxury. Great community area, high quality drinks available, comfortable beds, warm showers but just the right amount of rustic.
