Sorrel had exceeded our expectations. Paola, was a treasure. The entire staff made sure all things visible and behind the scenes. Everyone in our group has an amazing experience. Would definitly return

First visit, enjoyed the scenery, close but yet far away from Moab…. The staff was great… food was great… Enjoyed the s’more’s by the firepit each night, the hayride, the bike rides,and the hike up Sorrel River trail to ridge.

Spectacular ranch location on Colorado river with red rock buttes and canyons surrounding the property, and stunning views in every direction. The location is isolated – in a good way - 30 minute drive to Moab. But you have everything you need here: the food is excellent and there’s a general store JJ’s Mercantile, on the property with great breakfast and lunch, including daily baked bread for sandwiches. The staff is amazing! Dining room was understaffed in the evenings. Large comfortable room with kitchenette, comfortable beds and pillows, and a deep bathtub. The ranch offers various guided hikes, horseback riding, and other excursions which we did not take part in, but seems that most guests do. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in exploring this beautiful area.

Such a beautiful, relaxing place! Great food, Nur is an awesome server in the restaurant great service and activities . Location is perfect. Easy to drive into Moab.

My son and I stayed at Sorrel for three magical nights. It wasn't long enough! The location is perfect , the atmosphere was just what we wanted and needed. Not too far of a drive from Moab but far enough away from crowds. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restorative stay.

Wonderful place, green valley surrounded by red rocks and the Colorado River. The employees made the trip memorable, all very friendly, approachable and helpful. So quiet you could hear a pin drop. The best massage ever and have had them all over the world. Beautiful morning horseback ride, room had real cream and excellent coffee, rocking chairs on porch. Your every need had been carefully thought out. I might have liked more food options but everything was delicious. I would definitely go back again.

I'm hesitant to write this review as I would prefer to keep Sorrel River Ranch my little secret! The accommodations are unparalleled as well as the views. The staff were all most competent, friendly and accommodating, in particular, Paola, Mickey, Sipho and Laura. The restaurant food was five star. My wife and I can't wait to return.
