I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the United States. This is the worst hotel. Avoid it! Avoid it! Avoid it!
Expensive, poor environment, poor conditions. The front desk didn't have anything I asked for, and the service attitude was extremely poor. I paid more than $200 for accommodation on Ctrip, and they charged me another $200 (not a deposit!) when I checked in. I found out and told them at the front desk, but they still didn't admit it. They refused to refund me for many days. Don't go to this kind of garbage hotel!
