This is very clean and comfortable motel. It is quiet. There is an elevator. Staff is excellent. Rooms are upgraded and very very clean. They have a small pool and hot tub. They serve good coffee at the lobby all day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and basic but modern. The shower is wonderful. You can't open the windows so the air can be a little stale, not a big thing. I didnot use the pool so no help there

Staff is friendly. Pool is not maintained at all, I ended up cleaning it! Room are spacious but very dated. The rooms are not very soundproof, I could hear people the whole night walking, talking. Good for a quick stop, good price, but don't expect too much. Good location, very handy to Arches National park. I would not go back.

Pamela at the front desk was kind and welcoming, helping me get a discount as the rates were $200/night. The hotel itself was basic but clean, though the hot tub was cold. We stayed only because Pamela was so great!

To whom this may concern, We are frequent travelers across the US But never have I encountered an employee quite like Vicky in all of my travels She was beyond amazing and accommodating. True and genuine hospitality She took concern and care for this location An employee such as this deserves special recognition. She is an asset to this company After this experience we decided we will make this our annual trip We hope to see her again next year Please let her know she is appreciated

Upon entering my room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom fixtures worked there was adequate hot water. Almost impossible to sleep in this building. Forget about going to sleep when you want to. Really, the construction is terrible: from all the adjoining rooms can hear every conversation, every TV, every air conditioner banging on and off / humming / vibrating. Whenever anyone took a shower from any room - was like Niagara Falls crashing down between the walls - just awful. Door to hallway doesn't seal closed-forced to listen to everyone clomping down hallway, doors crashing closed, kids and parents yelling (Thankfully the ice machine on my floor was broken). Stayed 3 horrible nights: No housekeeping (did receive one new soap disk every day-that's it), never removed trash or food which I kept neatly in a bag for them to see (no breakfast at all, therefore forced to eat at McDonalds and eat in my room.) Ridiculously overpriced - terrible value for money. This is not the fault of the staff - This is the business model for Motel 6; never again.

She hooked us up with extra pillows and blankets and made our stay super comfortable. The manager needs to give her a raise. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels too. They also have rags available for wiping down our bikes. We’ll be staying there again.

Short Version: Not all receptionists are well trained, quoted me wrong prices, spelling my name wrong “Taula” instead of my real name and telling me there were two queens in the rooms when there are only doubles. The general manager (GM), Raphael, called me a liar, said he thought I was trying to get a discount, and after saying he was “done dealing with this” canceled my room on the spot stating that he hoped I got what I “deserved” the rest of the day. Long Version - I hope management reads this & takes appropriate corrective action: I called Monday to get a Thursday/Friday reservation. I needed pet friendly accommodations. I asked the girl on the phone if they had pet friendly rooms with two queens, since my husband and I do not fit well in double beds. She said, “yes, double, yes.” Unsure if she was saying yes they are two queens, or they are double beds I asked again, “I need two queens, is that what you have?” “Yes, yes” she replied. (I buy/sell on Marketplace & I am aware that not everyone knows there is a difference between a double & a queen, so I was a little worried, but because I reconfirmed this more than once I proceeded. I was having a tough time finding a pet-friendly room for my stay 3 days later.) After having to repeat myself multiple times for various things, she quoted the price of $149 for each night, Thurs & Friday which, like the beds, I reconfirmed more than once. So, I booked the room, and got off the phone. My husband got an alert immediately that our card had been charged $170+ and thought it was strange because cards are typically charged when you stay & it seemed high. So, I dialed multiple times & she finally answered again. She said the cost was due to taxes & fees & I asked again about the price, “$149 each night, correct?” “Yes, that’s right.” Then I hung up. “I really hope this reservation is right,” I told my husband, “that girl sounds like she doesn’t know what she’s doing.” Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find me on the computer, and then discovered that my name was spelled incorrectly as, “Taula.” She found my reservation & looked into a few things for me, she was very kind & knowledgeable. Two things happened…she said there were only double beds in the room, and I told her I had been told there were queens. Then she told me the first night was $149 and the second was $227. I told her what I had been quoted. This was a cordial conversation, and she said that they had a couple new staff & maybe they were confused. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, and I said sure. I was not prepared for what happened next. After a bit of a wait, Rafael came out and barely listening to my story about my experience making the reservation he said something like, “My staff knows what they’re doing. We only have double beds. They all know that. She wouldn’t have told you we have queens.” I proceeded to defend myself & my customer experience with as much composure as I coul

As we all know , accommodations in Moab are ridiculously priced , and most people travel here for outdoors adventure. Well, if you love the outdoors and are not afraid of a few bruises and scrapes , you probably are also okay without luxuries like 20 servants and a heated pool in your room. Motel 6 was great to stay at with very reasonable prices , and more than enough amenities for a late 30s couple here for hiking adventures. And while the price was fair, what makes this hotel a 5 circle rating is the STAFF! PAMELA at the front desk absolutely went above and beyond to provide alternate rooms away from noisy guests in the next room and was very friendly and worked on making sure we get the best price the hotel could do at the time ! I hope management appreciates how much she does for their business! Again: some people call this hotel “ bare bones” but seriously: just for a place to sleep? It has everything , and the owners are not claiming it’s the HILTON .
