The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building- Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials. Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only. Please contact me if you'd like to rent more than 1 condo in the same building! This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. Great location and nicely appointed unit This was a great place for two couples - each had a private bathroom. We loved the location, with all of downtown Moab within a few blocks. There is a nice path to walk to the grocery store just 3 blocks away.The loft space was not very useful for us. The water heater was noisy and located on the back wall of the main bedroom. The shower in the bathroom in the front could use more privacy to the street.

Perfect location for easy strolls to town center This property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Parking is easy. The location is fantastic. The AC works. After busy days of exploring the outdoors, coming home to this clean well-laid out apartment was a joy. We had a great stay here and would return on a future trip to Moab. The only reason I marked cleanliness a 4 was the loft viewed the top of the bar over the kitchen which could use a good dusting/clean. Tossed candy and dust on it is invisible from the ground, but visible from the loft. I'm sure the owner will attend to that soon, as the rest of the place was immaculate.

Quick getaway We really enjoyed staying at this property. Parking for our trailer was very easy across the street. The property was very clean and loved the location to downtown and trails. Had an issue with noise from the water heater but Damon was quick to respond to my concern. Will definitely stay there again.
