Location is good for young 20’s/early thirties no more than 180 lbs. Basically a dorm room for mountain bikers and rock climbers. No elevator and inconvenient location for stairs. Very long and narrow hallway. Very small shower and sink area. It does have a pool and outdoor patio with fire pit.
