先日は友人との遊びで、常盤荘をご利用致しました。
兎に角提供されてる料理の質が高く、物凄く感動しましたが、露天風呂の利用に入れなくて残念でした。

A full ryokan with onsen and futon beds. Food provided as Half-board was excellent and abundant . A wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful.

旅館として食事やサービスは良いと思う。しかしながら食事会場の隣の部屋に宴会客を受け入れており、夕食時にこの客たちが大騒ぎで走り回り、しかもふすまをどんどんとたたくのでたまらず、食事の場所を変更をしていただいた。旅館に瑕疵はないと思ったが、詫びの一言もなく、「宮崎の人は宴会で騒ぐもの」の認識が示された。また、チェックアウト前の０９：００すぎに滞在部屋の隣のへやで床下を剥離するなどの大工事が始まり、お茶を飲んでくつろいでいたところ大きな振動と音に飛び上がった。静かな癒しを求めていた当方としては間違った宿を選んだと後悔した。工事は仕方がないと思いますが、宿泊客のチェックアウト時間後にしてもよいのではないかと思う。静かに過ごしたい方には全くお勧めできないお宿です。

Un enchantement ! Superbe ryokan très élégant et luxueux ! Le onsen est vraiment très agréable et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille. Le petit déjeuner vaut particulièrement le détour. N'hésitez pas un instant, allez-y !
