This time we stayed here on a family trip. Because it was New Year's, the hotel was full and there was no place to park our car, so we parked in the parking lot where the staff also parked. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a villa, which had a high ceiling, a great view, and was very spacious. One thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast was not very tasty or plentiful considering the price. Unlike a buffet, there was a limit to the number of people, so we had to wait in our room for about 30 minutes in the morning, so if you are in a hurry to leave in the morning, it would be better to give yourself plenty of time to go and eat breakfast. Although the breakfast was disappointing, the other services were very good.

The check-in feeling is really great. We went through a lot of twists and turns to check in to the hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities! We arrived at the hotel late, and the lobby customer service staff also arranged a room with a pleasant view for us. I was really amazed when I saw the view outside the window! I like it very much😘😘

We chose this hotel because we were going to Parque Espana.
Although it is aging, the maintenance and cleaning are thorough and we were able to stay comfortably.
Although we were unable to make a reservation at the regular restaurant at the time we wanted,
the buffet held on certain days was also delicious and we were satisfied with the cost.
Since we had told them in advance that our child had *allergies, they placed a list of allergies on the seats,
and when we carelessly left something on the seat, they called our room and brought it right away.

As for the Himawari no Yu, it was bright and open, and the quality of the springs was satisfactory for our family, so we went in three times during our stay.
Above all, we were very grateful that we could take a bath for free even after checking out, and it was very helpful to be able to take a bath before going home after playing at the park.
Shima is a wonderful place that we love, whether it's for sightseeing, food, or the natural environment.
We hope to visit again.

The room is spacious and clean with a terrace. The sea view room is refreshing and the price is very high. Although the meal is a buffet, it is very distinctive and has many choices.

There is a shuttle bus at Kashikojima Station. Find the driver of the hotel bus. The suite will immediately notify the Toyota car to pick you up. It takes three to five minutes by car. After arriving at the hotel, you can enjoy the 5-star service. All rooms face the sea and the sun is shining. The facilities are high-end and complete with 100 square meters. The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty.

No body lotion and slippers provided in the room. Slippers required calls to be sent up. 
Servicing team: friendly & welcoming. 
Flexibility: strict and cannot upgrade guests even though there are empty rooms. 
Room: small as expected. Corridor is narrow. 
Balcony: spacious but not helpful. Could be used for in room or room space. 
Coffee machine at the reception: one and the only. Many people lining up during morning peak hours.

Very conveniently located right opposite Tennoji East  Gate. Many eateries and there is a 7-11 next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Ps. My 2nd time stayed in this hotel

I stayed for three days near USJ, with the first two nights at the Keihan Hotel. I stayed at this hotel last year and had a good experience, so I booked it again this year. However, this time, I was really disappointed.  
Since I arrived early, I only completed the check-in procedure without receiving the room key. The staff member who handled the check-in had a stern expression—perhaps because she didn’t speak English—so another employee had to step in to translate. Due to my own oversight, I forgot to book breakfast this time, but the staff didn’t confirm it with me during check-in. It wasn’t realized until I returned in the evening.
Additionally, I was placed on a floor with a student group, and the noise started as early as 5 a.m., making it impossible to rest peacefully. Since it was only for one night, I didn’t bother requesting a room change, but it was truly unpleasant. Because of this unsatisfactory experience, I don’t think I’ll book this hotel again.   I think Keihan is a better choice.

Superb location, right opposite Kyoto station within 5 minutes walk.

Room is very spacious, able to have 2 full luggage opened, and still have space to have food.

They also help to store luggage after check out.

Highly recommended!

Super convenient location, as hotel is located right within Kyoto Station. It was raining when we arrived and we didnt even have to walk out of the station to get to hotel.

Rooms were not super big but enough space for our luggages etc for Japan standards. And the staff were very friendly.

Only downside is the wifi tends to disconnect itself pretty often...
