Hotel Miyako Hills Reviews

The hotel is at a walking distance from the JR Miyako station. Easy to locate. The hotel building is visible from the station. The room was clean, neat. Morning breakfast was quite adequate. There is tea coffee etc at the front counter, One can sit and relax drinking there. This place met my needs and was quite nice.

Free car park. Breakfast meal available. A small town. Quiet town. Calm place for me time.

It was a very nice experience. The guy at the reception was very nice and very helpful. I booked a capsule room. But it was very cozy, and all the amenities were available. It also had a small Almira with lock and key and a safety deposit box with numerical key codes. Washroom also had a onion, which has good hot water flow. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Kind of a hotel between business and leisure. Nice breakfast.

The building is full of Showa-era vibes, but the drinks and late-night snack service and the attentive attention to detail make it a comfortable stay.

I booked a single room and a twin room for two nights. I booked both rooms as non-smoking and non-smoking, but when I arrived on the day of my stay, I was told that the single non-smoking rooms were fully booked and that I should use deodorant spray. When I went to the room, the wallpaper was bright yellow and the hallway smelled like tar, so I couldn't sleep at all, so I asked to cancel since I had just arrived. However, the man at the front desk said, "No refunds!" and I had no choice but to stay in the non-smoking room since I had already booked two rooms. The wallpaper in the room was yellow even in the non-smoking room, and it seems that smoking was allowed in the past. The carpet in the room was dirty, which lowered my spirits. Breakfast is included, but there is only a limited amount of draft beer per day, and there is no extra, so it is by no means delicious. I wonder if they can survive with such a service in Miyako.

The customer service is very good. However, I booked a Japanese-style room, and the mirror was set up so that it doubled over, which was scary.

It was clean, had plenty of amenities, and offered so many different services that it was almost impossible to use them all; I felt it was a hotel worth more than its price.

When I put my phone on the floor, there was dust on the screen. The carpet had marks on it, probably because something had been left on it before. At least I would like the carpet to be clean. For other services, I feel that the price is appropriate.

I think it was very good. I'm very satisfied.

I used it on my Golden Week trip. The location is not bad as it is close to the station, convenience stores, and restaurants. However, there was a shortage of staff. Waiting for check-in, slow replenishment of service items, and disappointing breakfast. There were also insects on the pillow. Maybe I went at the wrong time? I think it's fine if you just want to stay.

The front is cluttered.

とてもコスパの良いホテル。サウナと大浴場は男性のみでそこはとても残念でした。が、代わりに入浴剤やクレンジグなどちょっとしたバスグッズを頂きました。またシャンプーなどもフロント付近に色々と置いてあり選べるのはとても良かったです。

とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 少し古さは感じますがアメニティも充実してました。 男性のみですが大浴場もとてもゆっくりできました。
