The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite—always smiling. Walk across the street to the beach or eat or shop. Food was delicious . We LOVED it. . We will go back.

I don’t have names provide for this but I wanted to express my sincerest praises to the kitchen staff. I came back from a music festival on October 10, 2025 that was taking place a short walk from the hotel. I came back to find my other half didn’t eat dinner because she slept the evening away. About 10 minutes away from the kitchen closing for the night, they were willing to make her a full dinner so she wouldn’t starve. I’m sure that was somewhat frustrating for the kitchen folks but what you did for us was truly appreciated and we are most grateful.

Could be a gold mine for hilton. Wonderful location. Fantastic breakfast. Downside evening desk clerk very rude. She was on speaker so entire family heard. No housekeeping until we complained. Ran out of toilet paper even after room got cleaned. I understand why tile but should have something in room to get sand off floor so not to collect in bed. Lobby area needs some TLC. Replacing area rugs would be a great step. Happy hour was nice but snacks on different schedule than the drinks. All in all family of 6 had a great time.

We absolutely love this Embassy Suites. We have stayed here on more than one occasion. The hotel is clean and bright. The check in process was smooth and we were greeted in a warm and professional manner. What we absolutely love is the breakfast. There were pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yukon gold potatoes, muffins, toast, fruit and cereals. There is also a station where you can have a freshly made omelet. There were multiple juices available and really good coffee. And all we had to do was go downstairs. The evening cocktail is also available for those that enjoy that. We were in Room 426 (king). I really like the ceiling fans that are in the room. Bathrooms are good size and have good countertop space. You can’t go wrong here. There is a private beach access across the street. We will be back next time we get down this way.

The (paint) in the lobby looks great. It’s black and white, but modern looking. Once you look at the furniture in that well-painted lobby, you will see what others have said, which is that the furniture is very old, worn and raggedy. The rooms don’t even have the paint to fake luxury (popcorn ceilings)-they’re just plain old. We were greeted with rust, tears, and what my daughter called “ick” throughout. I think what you’re paying for here is proximity to the beach and nothing more. Period.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Ginger at the front made it even more enjoyable with her exemplary customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you are visiting for vacation, it’s the little things that make a difference and great customer service is one of them. Thank you Ginger for all of your assistance with a smile during our stay!!!!!

Very friendly location started off with Dj the front counter personal. Dj made our stay awesome and made sure my family was taken care of. Breakfast is good, snacks at happy hour and dinner was good. Next best part not far from the beach walking distance and Embassy has their own location.
