Good location, decent pricing, older hotel that still has some years left. Unfortunately staff cannot get out of their own way, lack of training, no common sense when it comes to dealing with issues. We had 2 separate reservations due to a flight change, asked if we could stay in the same room for both reservations, assured we could. Last day came back early from a tour and found our room still not cleaned, they were waiting for us to check out and then check back in due to a 7 dollar price difference! New room AC not working, stay somewhere else!

Great hotel stay and Lima and nice little Pool for the kids

Great suite, loved the sauna and jacuzzi.

There was a little traffic jam at the hotel entrance. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view. The breakfast had a lot of choices and tasted good.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Lima. I value the good location of the hotel and the slightly safer area. But I probably won't stay at this hotel next time. The smell in the room is too strong. If you are on a low floor, there is a building opposite, so I don't dare to open the curtains, it's quite uncomfortable 😣

It could be better if they had allowed us to have dinner in the Restaurant ordering from the menu plus the food we had brought from outside. They didn't allow it and we had to go to the 6th floor. After the buffet breakfast everything was fine.

It is close to the beach, and the buffet breakfast restaurant on the top floor overlooks the coastline. The scenery is a prominent advantage.

A hotel highly recommended by Miraflores, surrounded by many restaurants and businesses, very safe. The hotel front desk and service staff are great! Breakfast is on the 21st floor, you can see the city from a distance, and have a wide view! The double room I stayed in this time is very spacious!

I visited Lima for the first time to attend the Peru 2023 Defense Exhibition and to have a business meeting. It was in a very good location for business and downtown work for 4 nights and 5 days, and the staff were very friendly. thank you ^^

The hotel is located in the tourist center area. There are several big shopping malls and department stores nearby. You can eat and drink nearby. There are also many Chinese restaurants. I don’t think other areas are more convenient than here. The restaurant on the top floor can overlook the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended
