The stay at this hotel was exceptional, the friendliness and disposition of the staff was very good, the hotel is very well located with restaurants, parks, shops eventually all close.

There were way too many problems due to their invompetence. Each time there was a problem that they created, I would be interrupted multiple times so they could fix their mistakes.

We had a pleasant two days stay. Hotel is just a short walk away from the ocean and lots of restaurants close by. Room relatively large with comfortable beds. The internet was not working properly most of the time which was annoying. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was ok. The staff was all very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting service. We were without power for 10 hours with no communication from staff. Stairs had no lighting so I had an accident that staff dismissed. Despite paying for an extra night which we weren't going to use, they tried to extort us into paying for towel cleaning fees and 2 bottles of water my partner experienced a nose bleed. Extremely horrible service. I highly recommend saving your money and going to a hostel instead.

The towels provided in the room felt damp, even though they were meant to be dry, which was disappointing and made using them less pleasant. As for the breakfast, it was adequate but nothing special. While it covered the basics, the quality and variety could definitely be improved.

The only issue is that we can hear nosy from next property, so loud until 11.in the night, also the room was too dark form me, but the rest was very nice

We got our room and the e air conditioning was broken and flooding. We brought it to their attention and they quickly moved us and apologized. The staff was kind, patient and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had three single beds and a view of the street.
