Ótimos quartos, amplo espaço, muito confortáveis, ótima cama, possui secador, ferro de passar, banheiro amplo, cofre eletrônico. Ótima opção para se hospedar em Lima. A localização também é muito boa, com mercado e bons restaurantes nas proximidades.

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y ordenada. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas muy mullidas. Cuando llegué había un ruido muy fuerte que resultó ser el aire acondicionado. Mientras esperaba a alguien del hotel, lo pude apagar y se terminó el problema. El desayuno era rico y variado. Por razones del evento, el almuerzo también fue en el hotel y era realmente desabrido: comida de avión. No tuve ocasión de probar la cena pues el restaurante cerraba a las 21. Se podía pedir delivery. Mi mayor crítica es que tratándose de una ciudad en la que el agua no es potable para tomar, sólo el primer día dejaron una botella de agua mineral. No había dispensers ni más botellas sin cargo. Nunca me pasó. Los salones del evento estaban bien.

I had seen a few less than positive reviews for this hotel before we went so I had some trepidation but our experience was fantastic. Hotel room was spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly, location is great and breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel i stay 2 times First time no problem Second time no problem until check out I paid $200 in cash. And the next day they told me that the cash is fake. After the lady check the money twice and ask me to change it because it have some stainsz and i change it for her. I tried to paid with credit card first but there having trouble with the machine. It was so uncomfortable for me that they were saying that i paid with fake money. I would never come back to this hotel

Un trato excepcional de todos los empleados y de la Dirección. Un cuidado esmerado en los detalles para hacerte sentir como en casa. Muy buenas instalaciones y una relación calidad/precio excepcional. Un lujo en el centro de Miraflores. Seguro que repetiré estancia pronto.

Excelente servicio, desde e ingreso todo el equipo muy amable y atento. La habitación muy cómoda. Las almohadas perfectas para descansar. Y el desayuno buffet muy bueno. Un Hotel altamente recomendable y excelente ubicación, cerquísima a Larcomar, al Parque Kennedy y la bajada a las playas. Muchas gracias por tan buena experiencia.

La atención excelente. El cuarto super cómodo y limpio. La cama muy confortable, la terraza linda y acogedora. El baño contaba con todo lo necesario. Muy buena ubicación. Recomendado al 100% regresaría sin pensarlo.

We stayed here for two nights in August 2022. It is in a pretty good location, close to Miraflores, but we were very disappointed to realise that the hotel is nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is not clean. The same dirty face mask was on the ground in the hotel corridor when we arrived and when we left. Meaning that the carpet wasn’t even hoovered during this time. The hallway to our room was dark and run down. I can’t understand how this is rated as a 5 star hotel. Our room was old and needs refurbishment. The hotel breakfast was very poor. Very little options and not fresh. The toilet in our room was broken and wouldn’t flush. There was water running from the toilet and it was very loud and kept us awake at night. We spoke to the receptionist and she said she would ask somebody to look at it and move us to a new room if necessary. When we returned the receptionist said that the issue had been fixed and we didn’t need to move to a new room. Once we went upstairs we realised that it wasn’t fixed and was still making the same noise. Very disappointing service.

- Ubicación: frente a una obra en construcción, mucho ruido y tierra - Habitación: bien, todo funcionaba, pero mala vista. No ponen amenities, cada cosa debes pedirla, cuando son aspectos estándar de un hotel 5 estrellas - Ningún servicio funcionaba: piscina vacía, sauna, gimnasio y terrazas cerradas, restautrante simplemente no atiende y el desayuno apenas daba para un servicio básico. - El personal muy amable, consciente de las falencias del hotel, que al parecer más de algún pasajero se las hizo ver en forma agresiva. Nosotros fuimos a pasear, no a pelear, pero la verdad es que el hotel deja todo por desear, en especial cuando consideras que pagaste un alojamiento 5 estrellas y te ofrecen "esto"...ahi es cuando te molestas, porque sabes que finalmente estás siendo estafado...en fin....
