Hotel is very central, near the main walking street and only 4 mins walk from the Lima bus express. Room is big and value for money, however insulation need to be done more properly We came at the winter timing (night time maybe ＜10degree) , there was cold wind blowing in even though the window was closed and locked.

As acomodações são muito confortáveis, amplas, arejadas e bem decoradas. O café servido no restaurante é fraquíssimo. Poucas opções. Falta leite frio, achocolatado e a reposição de itens que acabaram nem sempre acontece. Acabou o croissant, não tivemos mais. Atendentes na recepção são sempre solícitos e simpáticos.

Hotel com ótima estrutura, espacoso, muito bem localizado em Miraflores, atendentes muito atenciosos. De cortesia deixam garrafas de água para os hóspedes que podem preencher no filtro na recepção. Pouca opção no café da manhã, quando comparado com o Brasil.

Nice clean hotel in a very safe walkable area. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. We did have a bit of a problem figuring out the A/C but I suggest you do that prior to going to bed so if you need help you can get it more easily. We would stay here again.

Well put. A few hundred meters from the seaside. Professional welcome. Quiet environment. Spacious and clean rooms. The walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors. Breakfast is average. Simple buffet. This is the minimum in fact.

Right in the heart of the walkable area of Miraflores. Convenient, clean, with exceptional service. The front took a load of shoulders by answering all our concerns. We stayed in this hotel as part of an organised tour travelling around the region. We had a couple of nights here whilst looking at the sights in Lima and then returned for one night before our next stop. The location is great for walking to the shops on the sea front and views. It is also good and an easy walk to Kennedy Square. Mira Flores is where most visitors stay so lots of shops and places to eat in a short walking distance. The rooms in the hotel are quiet and well presented. Breakfast is good but what makes it special was the staff. They looked after some luggage and arranged some laundry for us. All of which was waiting for us in the room on our return. They had a coffee station ready which was great for our early exit for our forward flight.

The hotel is excellent! At reception, Ikar was very attentive, helpful and friendly! He helped us with everything. It was excellent. As we left before breakfast time, we were guaranteed a hot coffee, a fresh sandwich and fruit. Very good! The cleanliness is perfect, the rooms are cozy and the restaurant is great with excellent service.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel when I visited the city of Lima. The hotel has an old and basic structure. The breakfast is very basic and we found scrambled eggs that were not fresh. The administration turns off the air conditioning during the night and with the humidity and heat at night it is very difficult to rest The hotel has a very good location to visit the city If you want a 4 star hotel I do not recommend it
