有按金……退房需要查房……有點耽誤時間，衞生間淋浴與馬桶在一起……沒有隔開……房間温度無法調節

本人住酒店以來這是第一次給評價
1、從服務上來説 到前台辦理入住時前台工作人員服務態度太差 也不要求你微笑服務 最起碼的酒店服務意識應該有的 從進門到辦理完入住全程拉着一張很不耐煩的臉 我們也不是來白住的 問了幾個基本問題 都是以不知道回覆 一問三不知的那種 難道在上崗之前基本的培訓都沒有嘛
2、房間 一進門就有一股很沖的香水味 味道特別難聞 讓人有些反胃 房間衞生還可以 但是衞生間不忍直視 馬桶不穩定 搖搖晃晃的 洗手枱下面的櫃門也是掉下來的 房間也挺冷的 有空調但是好像也沒什麼作用 準備洗個澡睡覺 剛打開花灑 結果是壞的 花灑和軟管連接出往外滋水 一打開好傢伙滋了一身 衞生間捲紙也是使用過的 捲紙上面有很明顯的用濕手拿過的痕跡
3、準備睡的時候樓上很吵 電鑽聲 砸牆聲 給前台打電話過去説是在裝修 誰家好人大晚上搞裝修 1點多的時候樓道里聽歌的 聊天的 還有進出摔門的 亂七八糟的聲音 酒店本來就是入住睡覺的 提供一個舒適安靜的睡眠環境應該是基本的
