Very nice resort hotel in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This hotel features an on site restaurant, pub, coffee shop, indoor water park (not super fancy, but nice), even an arcade. Rooms are very nice, with custom resort style furnishings, big TVs, and balconies. Some rooms have fireplaces. My one complaint was the big screen TV, which comes with an incomprehensible remote and equally incomprehensible instruction sheet, and no guide to how to actually tune in to any particular broadcast or cable channel. Extremely frustrating feature of what was an otherwise excellent experience.

Overall, our stay at the Waters of Minocqua was enjoyable. The beds are extremely comfortable for hotel beds and the room was well equipped and clean. Our room (311) needs some decorations to spruce it up. It was very plain and boring. Some pictures on the wall would be a great addition. The TV has tons of channels and streaming options. Too bad it was extremely difficult and awkward to operate. Finally, they should add Coke products to the options in the little snack room. Pepsi is vile.

The Waters of Minocqua was a great place to stay. The room we had was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. It looked like the room had been recently remodeled. There was a balcony with 2 chairs that was a relaxing place to unwind. The tv in the room was huge. No complaints whatsoever about the room. Roxanne at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was included and was pretty typical of hotel breakfasts. We didn’t use the pool or water park but if you had kids they would love it. There’s also an arcade that kids would enjoy. If we ever get back to Minocqua we will definitely return.

Our room was very nice with the exception of flies and other insects on the floor by the patio door. The water park could use some updating as far as the appearance. Wooden fences and railings need to be restained as well as painted surfaces could use a refresh. The pools seemed very clean at least.

Absolutely a great place to stay with family and it was very nice to know it was pet friendly too! The only issue for us was the arcade. Some of the arcade machines were out of order but a few had no signs of being down and it took our money but not the end of the world. Overall we would definitely stay with them again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room looked nice but after walking around my socks were so dirty. Felt like the floor needed a good cleaning. The room felt very humid. The AC was on but didn’t seem to cool off the room. The woman who worked at the breakfast was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back

The best smaller waterpark hotel my family has stayed at. Everything was very clean. Hotel room was nicer than most and the shower was particularly great. Beds were also very comfortable and we loved having a patio with chairs outside of our room. The pool had lots of options and fun activities for people of all ages. We loved that there were outdoor parts of the pool and jacuzzi. My kids loved the game room and it was easy to load an arcade card and claim ticket prizes from the vending machines. The only complaint we had was that many of the games were out-of-order, only leaving one or two where tickets could be earned for prizes. The game room was also VERY warm. My kids still had a blast, though!

Very nice place. Beds were a bit soft, and bathtub really needs a grab bar. Hot tub was great, and staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Summer vacation
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the waterpark..so did we. The rooms were clean, but the mattress was a little soft for my liking. We liked the location. Definitely will be back!!
