Bedside lamp and alarm clock did not work. Several outlets (3 of the ones I tried) did not work in the room. The bathroom door would not close. Breakfst was out of butter and ran out of omelet's and sasuge, after i waited about 20 min. they came out with more as I was leaving.

I would never stay at this hotel again since the manager was the rudest person I have ever met. We stayed there for 2 nights and when I got home, they charged me for $250 saying we smoked in the room. I don't smoke and my boyfriend only smoked outside. If they would look at their camera's they would see that he only smoked outside. I asked to speak to her boss, and she said that was her. I said everyone has a boss and she said she would not give me their information. She eventually said that she would pass on my information to them and maybe they would call me. This is the same manager that said that everyone has to have a parking pass but let her husband that works there let his friends park in the lot with no parking pass. I also told her about a car that was parked there with no pass, and she didn't seem to care. She's not that good of a manager if she just doesn't care. She said that her and her husband are smokers and that the room and hallway reeked so bad that her house doesn't even smell that bad. Are you kidding me, he did not smoke in your room maybe you were smelling your own breath. Blaming people for things that didn't even happen just to get more money is ridiculous. He would never smoke in a hotel room or anywhere you're not supposed to smoke.

Nice hotel and location but pricey
The hotel was more than adequate. Location within walking distance to park/beach and downtown was ideal. The pool and surrounding area was very clean. There was a small bar area that set up in the evening off the lobby which was nice. The hotel itself had s a bit dated. I would think for the price we were charged for the night the owners would put a more modern touch on it. We have stayed here a few times, both in the summer and winter, and would probably stay and recommend to others.

This was an excellent property. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast provided was very nice with fresh fruits, cereals, and a very nice hot bar. Very nicely situated close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent, attentive and courteous. Highly recommended

In serious need of deep cleaning and overall renovation. Carpet stained. Bathroom caulking molding and deteriorating. Towels frayed. Furniture chipped and old. Mattress old and lumpy. Coffee was good, but skip the free breakfast. Not worth the time.

First time ever, visiting Boulder Junction, WI for a family business trip, We stayed at this hotel, which is 20min from there. The room was clean, it had stormed the night before and the window was open. With the coolness of the morning air, coming off the lake housekeeping kept window open, which left the room at a decent temperature. However, it was a little warm for us. I closed the window, and as I looked out, I saw the view of the lake. Such a beautiful sight, it provided me peace and tranquility while watching the Sunset over the lake. I hate I didn't capture the moment, with a picture, however, I captured it with my mind. Breakfast was eggs, waffle sausage, seasoned potato's you know the continental. Breakfast time 6am-9am, which is good when you are traveling long distance. Breakfast room was clean and sanitary. Parking was free. Overall a great place to get away!!!
