酒店在明尼阿波利斯市中心老車站旁邊。吃飯倒是比較方便。
酒店內部裝修非常老式。床很大,尤其高。
性價比很低。行政酒廊裡邊幾乎沒啥東西。

I always enjoy my stay at the Depot Renaissance downtown Minneapolis. The service is friendly. The breakfast is special. After my work is done, I meet up with an old friend that lives in town. We sit in the bar by the fireplace and have dessert. Check out these gorgeous, scrumptious and extremely decadent delights.

I’m concerned there is no black out curtains, I have trouble sleeping due to noise and high lighting in the rooms in the morning time.. The rooms are small and not meant for families. I was surprised I can hear through the walls other people in the hallways.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was close by at Nicollet Island Pavilion. The self park was great, as there were outside surface spaces secured by a keycard as well as a a garage. The room was a decent size for a city hotel, very clean and nice. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed the lobby bar at night. The location is great, a nice walk over the Mississippi to explore St. Anthony Main and Northeast or a short walk more into downtown.

Just got back from a very good stay at this hotel. Interactions at the front desk were a pleasure. We asked about the in house dry cleaning. They told us they had a steamer we can borrow. We did that instead. The had the steamer dropped off to our room within 5 minutes. That worked quite well for us. We asked about something else which they were able to immediately help us with. The safe was closed so we called down and within 5 minutes someone showed up with some tools to open it. The room actually had a usable fridge(one which actually is set to cold). The bed was excellent with pillows that felt similar to down feather pillows. Very comfortable. The big fail in this hotel was housekeeping. The first night we were there, they skipped servicing our room the next morning. The next day we left them a tip and a note asking for a couple of extra towels. The room was serviced, the tip removed, the note removed. No extra towels were left. We then called down to the front desk. Within 5 minutes someone comes up with a couple of extra towels that we asked for. Next morning the room is serviced and the extra towels we asked for were removed despite being clean and folded on the shelf with the other towels. Also ran out of facial tissues(which we only used a couple). Housekeeping should have checked for that and replaced it with a new box. Frankly the box that was in there looked like the last two tissues had been pulled out and stuffed back in. Housekeeping was so bad that they only reason this hotel gets four stars is because of the help we received at the front desk. Despite the problems we had, I am so blown away by the level of service everywhere else that I'd definitely stay here again if I were in the area. The front desk staff was helpful and geniunely interested in helping us solve problems.

It felt like a nice hotel until we got to the room which was just OK, except the bathroom was rather disappointing. The curved shower curtain rod was installed improperly or worn out and leaning down such that the shower curtain kept falling towards the center allowing water to easily escape the shower on the sides. The showerhead had lots of buildup and had clearly not been cleaned recently; it also sprayed hard and remarkably wide, which exacerbated the aforementioned problem with the curtain rod. The toilet bowl was stained. It would have felt on par with peers if the complementary internet service was capable of basic streaming capabilities, but it was really quite weak and I ended up falling back to the Netflix service provided through the Hotel's TV interface.

My only complaint is no hot tub and the shower had a weird constant squeaking noise. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again.

The morning I was departing this beautiful hotel, I ordered breakfast to be delivered to my room. I ordered a three-egg Devner omelette, substituting bacon for ham. I also ordered a side of sausage. The cost for this was nearly $50. Expensive, yes, but I love breakfast and was short on time. When I received the food, it was a plain omelette with no vegetables or cheese, and there was a side of bacon. In addition, the sausage was cold and there was no salt and pepper included with the delivery. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I suggest not dining at the property.
