The environment is very good, the service attitude is particularly good, the front desk receptionist is enthusiastic, the breakfast is also very rich and delicious 😁Snacks are delivered every afternoon.

The hotel I chose to stay in during this trip was really great! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and the check-in process was quick and efficient. It is also equipped with a personal butler, and also provides small toys and fruits. The room is even more surprising. It's clean and tidy, which is basic. It's also very warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and it's super comfortable to sleep on. It's a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also spacious and bright, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is sufficient and stable. When I encounter a problem, the lady solves it promptly and has a great attitude. I will choose here next time.

Nice hotel in the middle of Hangzhou and just beside the subway which makes it easy to get around in the city. The room was clean and tidy and the service was great. Big variety of breakfast with both Chinese and western options that you can choose from. 

The WiFi was not any good, complicated to access the rooms WiFi and you need to do the procedure every time you have been away from your room. This is the only negative thing and something that the hotel can change to get a top rating all together! 

Other amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, water etc were included in the room.

This hotel is a total steal for travelers! Its prime location offers easy access to nearby attractions. The front desk's handy DIY travel guide map is a lifesaver – you can follow it to avoid getting lost. The bright lobby feels cozy, and the staff's attentive service is a real plus. The best part? Don't miss out Huaxiting Seafood buffet dinner at 198 yuan, over 60 at 158 yuan.

The hotel automatically sends you an electronic invoice when you check out, saving you the hassle of waiting. With such great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again!
