We pulled in with a reservation late in the evening. First thing we noticed was there was not a single car there, none. As we checked in he mentioned we could not have the top floor room we requested because they were all closed and not in use. Strange, hopefully renovating. Then I noticed a handwritten sign that said they were not serving the breakfast they advertised, and the pool was closed. At that point I asked for a refund. He quickly took care of that, and we left. Obviously we were not the first to walk away. The whole situation is very odd. Not our typical Choice hotel experience. I would definitely avoid this property.

Apparently under maintenance; advertised swimming pool is not available and WiFi so spotty it is essentially unusable. Bathroom superb (we stayed in a room for people with limited physical abilities), but bathroom faucet required significant strength to operate, not good for people with those limitations.

Place is very run down; mold on ceiling, broken shelf, hair on floor, damaged wall. Outside is unkempt. No pride in ownership. Stay at any other hotel.

There were ants, dry rot on walking area above, cement falling apart in the parking lot and curb areas. The POOL was empty and old furniture and a mattress dumped by it. The place looks like a dump. Will NEVER stay again..

Looks closed but it’s just run down! Place looks closed and abandoned! Shower knob was loose and could not easily adjust temperature. Checked in after 4pm and they had to check the room to see if it was ready. It was after 5 minutes. VERY dated!

Hotel is run down and has very minimal upkeep. Advertised as having a pool, which they have an empty pool with weeds growing in the bottom. Room was not very clean, mirror was broken, picture was missing, holes in drywall were patched but not repainted, hairs on sheets, coffee maker in room did not work, no such breakfast as advertised, very noisy and could hear whenever water was running in other rooms. Camping in a tent would have been a better choice. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.

Quality inn is Dirty on the outside,Parking lot is crumbling full of potholes. Exterior of the building needs to be replaced. I wish I would have taken a Picture.but, it was getting dark. This Motel should not even be on this site. I question if this place is up to code. Stay at Express Holiday Inn across the street..

The pictures of this property do not represent this property. Itis worst than a flop house in the getto. Quality Inns need to condem this property and ******* should remove it from thier listings. Dirty, Smelly and nooisy. Almost called the police becauethe front desk refused to answer a 3 hour arguement in the room next to us.

No maid service for 3 days. Weak Wi-Fi. Nice fridge and freezer, microwave, and huge walk in shower with great water pressure. Funny smell in room and outside looks a little run down. Friendly staff.
