The inn was well-cleaned, and we were able to relax in the hot springs♪ We chose the breakfast option, and my friend was very satisfied with the variety of menu items. And everything was delicious. Everyone at the front desk and the parking lot were easy to talk to, and they were very helpful and kind in giving us lots of advice. It was an inn I'd like to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The building itself is old, but it was well-maintained and clean. The dinner and bath were memorable, with a wide repertoire of main dishes and side dishes that went well with white rice, so we ended up overeating. The baths were both indoor and outdoor, and were a comfortable temperature that wasn't too hot. Although there was no view to enjoy, the indirect lighting in the outdoor bath was good and it was relaxing enough.

The building is old, but the bathroom was nice. I wanted dinner, but I had an event so I couldn't order it.

I participated in a fireworks tour for the first time in four years. When I got back to the hotel, there were rice balls ready, but last time I didn't know about it, and I ate a lot during the fireworks, so this year I saved some for the rice balls. The large two-tier lunch box was also delicious. The staff are very warm and make you feel at home. There was a large millipede and a cockroach in the room, and we had a little battle with them in the morning (lol). After returning from the fireworks, we used the public bath, but the open-air bath was completely dark ( (I wonder if it's not available during the night?) It was a shame. All of the dishes for breakfast were delicious. I look forward to seeing you again during the fireworks season. Thank you very much for your help.

My husband and I used it for a day trip on a day when it was pouring rain. Actually, my destination was a holiday so I called in a hurry. The bath was very comfortable, and the staff members I passed by greeted each other very well. For lunch, we each had a set meal of Yoroku soba and onigiri, and they also prepared miso soup for two people, which I thought was a great show of consideration. There were lots of cute photos of Seishiro Kato and it was a lot of fun. I would like to stay here next time. Perhaps because it was crowded, the parking lot was far away and I got wet.

This is my 5th stay. The inn is not new, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is an inn where you can relax. And breakfast is delicious. It's not flashy, but it's full of handmade feeling, and it's delicious no matter what you eat. It's the strongest, isn't it? Correspondence of employee was good, too. I will let you stay again.

I always use it when I go to Muikamachi. I always look forward to the shabu-shabu course for dinner. The hot spring is large and relaxing.

It was very good! I was even more grateful that the bath was until 25:00! For breakfast, I thought it would be nice to have something with a stronger taste! I think it would be very good if there is a taste of local Niigata and a little western food. Also, since the inn is warm, it would be nice to have iced coffee even in winter.

I was peeped in the public bath. In the past user's review, it was said that "bad evaluations will be deleted", so it may be deleted, but I will review it. I used "Tsukimikage no Yu". There was a door called "inspection door" near the exit leading to the open-air bath. I doubted my eyes and checked it several times, but it was clearly facing the bathhouse, not the staff, so I called the front desk on the phone in the dressing room. The staff who answered the phone hung up saying, "I'm going to look around," and after about 10 minutes, a female staff member came to the dressing room. There was no one in the bathroom or dressing room, and I was alone and confused with fear. I don't care about the times, did you doubt the mistake? Waiting for my husband outside the bathhouse wearing only clothes without shampooing, telling the front desk that I was peeping. According to the staff, there was a shadow of a person on the surveillance camera. The ryokan side said, ``We will strengthen patrols,'' but when I asked the staff who were patrolling, ``Is there anyone suspicious? It's not a place where people pass by on footpaths." I felt like I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Also, when I asked a male staff member if the bathroom could be seen from the outside through the glass inspection door, he said, "I don't know." I wanted to avoid falling asleep, so I asked the police to be called, and about five people, including the detective, came to the museum. After explaining the situation to the police and checking the scene, it was discovered that the place where the man was standing was unprocessed glass. There was a warning from the police to the ryokan, saying, ``That door should be completely exposed from the outside, so it's better to blindfold it. In the morning, the baths that can be used by men and women change, so when I asked my husband to look at the "inspection door" of the bath the next morning, he said that measures such as blindfolding had not been taken. Even if it's something simple, shouldn't there be some kind of countermeasure? Why don't you respond when the police get involved? Also, according to the story I heard from the staff, something like a camera flash has shone in the past. The culprit is 100% bad, but isn't it laziness on the part of the ryokan that they don't take measures even if there are past cases? Even if you make the excuse that the ryokan had installed surveillance cameras, the result is damage, so it means that it wasn't perfect. I think that the fact that you can pinpoint what you can see at that location means that you have already peeped at it multiple times. Some people may be traumatized, and there is a risk of being photographed, so please take measures quickly for future users. As for the other points about the ryokan, the amenities are subtle, and the breakfast buffet has too much salt if you stay for a long time, so you need to be careful about how you eat it.

The exterior looks like an old-fashioned hotel, but the staff greeted me, it was clean, and the bath was nice. It was a breakfast-only plan, but the buffet-style breakfast was mainly Japanese food, and there were many small dishes, so I was very satisfied. However, there was a young couple who didn't wear a mask when cooking, and I wanted them to be careful.

I really liked Tsukimikage no Yu. My daughter, mother, and I forgot the time and soaked for about an hour and a half. It was a very calming hot spring that was made to look like something out of a historical drama. The temperature of the hot water was lukewarm and I could stay in it for a long time, forgetting reality and being healed. I only used it for breakfast, but it was delicious with a variety of small plates. I would love to go again.

一泊二食で東館に泊まりました。 夕食は野菜もたくさん取れて、量も質も、スタッフの感じの良さも含めとても満足のいくものでした。 朝食も、数だけ揃えているようなバイキングではなく一つ一つがおいしい和食でとても好感が持てました。 部屋は思いのほか広く綺麗で3人では勿体無いくらい。すぐ裏に民家があるのでカーテンを開けられませんでしたが日中の観光で充分景色も満足したので問題とは思いませんでした。お風呂は、広くはありませんが必要十分で、きちんと掃除されていました。また泊まりたいと思うくらい良いホテルでした。
