It rained heavily on the day of arrival. After contacting the hotel, they immediately sent a car to pick us up. English conversation was no problem.
The indoor hot spring is for guests only, and the outdoor hot spring is also open to hot spring users.
The Japanese-style room is large and it is very pleasant to travel alone. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel, and you can also buy a lot of snacks as a midnight snack after taking a hot spring bath.

The room is very clean, and the front desk staff all have nice smiles! The whole process was very patient. The hotel is next to the tourist center and very close to the hot spring street! Very convenient for going out at night. One night and two meals are also very satisfying! Very happy experience.

Very good service from first step into Hotel! The staff are very friendly and explain all the details for our stay. The onsen outdoor is the best. Japanese style food set is amazing! Room also very comfortable, clean and nice as we booked semi-Japanese Western style. We love everything we have had experince here. Kurokawa onsen in winter time is highly recommended.
