I have always heard that Sanshuimu is very good, but I didn't know it was so good. Environment: Sanshuimu is not in the town of Kurokawa Onsen, but in a relatively quiet mountain nearby. Room settings: Although the room we booked does not have a private bath, the room is very large: there is a living room, a TV that can be connected to Bluetooth, and a tea room; there are both modern beds and tatami. Hot spring: Because it is the same owner, guests of Sanshuimu can go to Shenshan Villa, which is less than 100 meters away from this hotel, to take a bath. For open-air hot springs, we think that the open-air scenery of Sanshuimu is better than that of Shenshan Villa. In addition to trees, you can also see a stream not far away. The water in the hot spring has white fluff, which is a high-quality hot spring. After the bath, my friend and I were much less tired for several days. Service: The service of the staff is also very good. The day before we arrived at Kurokawa Onsen, we made an appointment for the pick-up service of Sanshuimu. When we arrived, the staff helped us carry our luggage and drove us to Sanshuimu. In addition, the staff also asked us what time we booked to return from Kurokawa Onsen. After learning that we had not made arrangements yet, the staff suggested that we quickly book a return bus and helped us make a phone reservation. Meals: Each dish has a corresponding introduction, and with different tableware, it feels very ceremonial to eat. The portion of the food is not small. I am a person with a normal appetite, and I was a little full after eating the last few dishes. But it is delicious.

The outdoor area is really beautiful. It's a pity that the C-type room provided by Ctrip is not the C-type room on the official website. The private soup is different. In addition, the food tastes really average. Looking forward to seeing you next time

This is my second stay. The first time was in 2017. This time I specially arranged two nights. The dinner every night and the breakfast every morning are different. The service is as good as always.

The hotel is worth it, and the staff is very enthusiastic! I was lucky enough to see both the first snow and the maple leaves, which were really beautiful. I must come again when it snows and stay for two nights. The dinner and breakfast are indeed not delicious, but they are very filling. If I drive myself, I will not choose dinner, just breakfast. The hotel includes pick-up and drop-off, and you need to contact in advance. You can pick up from the bus station or from the bus parking lot if you sign up for a one-day tour like me. The tour guide will help you call, or you can directly let Ctrip customer service contact. Ctrip service is still very good, although it is a little more expensive than other platforms

The room pictures are not consistent with the actual room... Although Ctrip apologized and resolved the issue later, I am still very upset about this situation... I chose a photo with a private bath, but it didn't... They said the hotel agent posted it randomly... The room type I chose didn't have it... I don't know if it will be improved in the future, but if you book a room, you must confirm the room style with Ctrip again and again! There are two Chinese staff members in the hotel, with a very good attitude... The explanation is in place... They recommended us to go to the sister store to take a bath, which is free~ They said the environment is better (just next door...) I recommend everyone to take a bath there... The environment is good, (the hot springs in the picture are all sister stores) The bathing place has a lot of water, and the skin care products are good... The Shanshuimu bathing place is a bit cold... I also saw cockroaches... Breakfast and dinner are good... No repetition in two days

Overall it's good, the downside is that there is no bathroom in the room, which is not something I'm used to. It's a bit far to go out to the street, which is not very convenient if you don't drive. Dinner and breakfast are just so-so, not as good as I expected.
