The hot spring hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are larger, the ceiling yes hygiene issues are not very good, the hotel can walk to the main building to soak in the private hot spring, however if the main building is much newer, if next time, will elect the main building to stay much more convenient.

the room smelled,,, and the cleanliness was a bit disappointing,,, It felt like they only cleaned the visible areas,,,
If I stay again next time, I think I'll definitely pay more and stay in the main building.

The hotel is conveniently located, the Japanese-style room is a comfortable size! We did not take food, but 2 noodles noodles were waiting in the room :) the reception staff are very nice, we left our suitcases before check-in and after check-out without any problems. The hotel has its own hot spring, a foot bath outside and they also give a voucher for visiting the hot springs in the "main" hotel across the street, they are unforgettable there!

A wonderful Ryokan. There is an onsen for your feet in the yard. Inside there is an onsen with an opening window for a sense of freshness from the street. We lived in a Japanese-style room with futons. The toilet is in the room, and the shower is shared. Also, upon check-in they give you a ticket to the neighboring hotel Yukio no Hibiki Yusai with a very good onsen with two pools, one inside, the second outside almost above the river. Very cozy in the evening to sit and warm up.

The fact that it was a room-only option was significantly cheaper than other lodgings was appealing, but there was a lot of dust in the room, which was a bit disappointing. (^_^;)
We were also able to use the baths in the main building, so it felt like a great deal. ☆
The welcome drink was free to drink and we could bring it into our room, which was great.
The staff was also very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kurokawa Onsen!
