以前は確か大和ロイヤルホテルだったと思います。
その時からよく利用していましたが、今回ホテル名がかわって初の宿泊でした。
高い料金を払った割にはアメニティが最低限の物だけ。ドリンクやお菓子のサービスは良かったです。
一番改善して欲しかったのは朝食に50分も待たされたこと。それがなければ良かったっで終わっていたかもですが。混み合う夏休みシーズンなどは朝食会場を増やすなど考えた方が良いと思います。朝食の内容は最高に良かったです。
朝食が遅くなったことで後の観光に支障が出ました。

淡路島美爵酒店坐擁明石海峽大橋和瀨户內海的無敵海景，地理位置優越，衹能適合自駕遊的遊客。我們入住的海景房寬敞舒適，落地窗讓清晨的海上日出成為每日驚喜，早餐和晚餐種類豐富，尤其推薦淡路島牛奶和本地洋葱料理，但周邊餐飲選擇較少，晚餐需依賴酒店餐廳周圍吃的不自駕就需要打的出去吃。
酒店服務貼心，前台能流暢英語溝通，並提供周邊景點攻略。頂樓露天温泉雖非天然，但人少清凈，搭配海景非常放鬆。缺點是設施稍顯陳舊，且缺乏親子娛樂設施。總體而言，這裏適合追求寧靜海景和慢節奏假期的遊客，性價比在淡季尤為突出。

Great resort w amazing hot spring, a free lounge w free flow of drinks and snacks. note that there’s no convenient stores or restaurants nearby, the only option is hotel’s buffet restaurant that cost almost 9 thousand yen per pax. Better bring some snacks and food.

2025年8月10日から一泊利用させていただきました。
初めての利用だったのですが、残念ながらまた利用したいとは思いませんでした。 部屋からの眺望はいいのですが...
部屋も一昔前の感じがする設備でしたし、何よりお風呂の脱衣所のエアコンが全く効いておらず、お風呂を出て汗だく... 多分エアコンフィルターが埃で詰まっていると思われ、設置されていたダイソンの扇風機もフィルターエラー表示が出ていて状態。 お風呂も内風呂1、露天1とサウナしかありません。
時期的にお盆ということもありますが、これで大人二人で1泊9万円弱はコストとのバランスが全く取れていないです。
この価格でネット上のイメージを期待していくととても落胆します。 残念としか言いようがありません。
