房間定了兩次，第一次點錯了訂成了心悦主題房，想着訂了就訂了，反正就是個睡覺。進去一看，床單上面頭髮，還有不可描述的黃色的臟污。就去前台想着把這個退掉然後換個行政房，到了前台那個服務員的粧容嚇死個人啊，畫的比李逵還要李逵啊。還在那裡説不能換，我個人也不和她爭執找了攜程客服解決了這件事，換了行政之後上房間一看被子上面還有不知道什麼蹭的黑色劃痕，又找了服務員換個被罩，在這裏不得不説他們服務員真的是姍姍來遲啊，等了十五分鐘才來的服務員。換了一個被罩又有臟污，還是她們自己換完後發的，就又換了一條。我當時問了句你們的這個清潔是外包的還是自己清洗的，服務員説是外包出去的，我晚上下去逛的時候碰到另一個服務員問了下，她們説是自己清潔的。不想在評價什麼了，這是我迄今為止住的最差的價格350+的酒店。

房間足夠大，暖氣也很足，在岷縣算是很好的酒店了，離店雖然有一些小小的插曲，但酒店很好的解決了問題，自駕住宿的首選。

房間可以，酒店地暖太熱，環境好，可服務員服務太差，續住二晚，房間未打掃，多要一瓶水，服務員罵罵咧咧，體驗不佳，望改進。

體驗感最差的一次，也是最垃圾的一家酒店，服務態度和衞生更差，裏面有蜘蛛網，頭髮。和前台反映了，結果説蜘蛛網又不在床上，天吶。這是一名前台服務員該説的話嘛？還罵客人，説臟話，住了無數酒店，真是讓我開眼了，簡直在砸萬國的招牌。
酒店的管理層人員也都是****，對於這樣的員工一點處罰都沒有，個個都還義正言辭的，前台服務員加我的微信罵我，到現在一句道歉也沒有，真是無語死了，像這樣的垃圾酒店以後絕對不會再去第二次，做服務行業能做成這個樣子真是絕絕子了。

As I wrote in the previous review, nothing changed. Would not recommend it overall. We stayed this many days because we had to, and couldn't change locations.

房型設備比較老舊，電視壞的，門不能反鎖，離縣城較遠，外賣大概一小時，早上送早餐服務，牛奶是過期的，不推薦帶孩子入住，不方便
