今回4泊しました。
お値段的には十分だと思います。
が、日によって清掃方法に差がありました。
お菓子、タオルが補給してくれたりしてなかったり笑
入湯税がサイトでは150円のところ200円取られたりと色々スタッフさんに多少の問題が感じました。
あっ外国人スタッフは、丁寧で良かったです。
金額ミス？は、日本人スタッフでした。

食事は可もなく不可もないレベル。露天風呂は７Fの大浴場に併設していて眺めがよいが、小さい。どちらの湯も循環式で塩素臭しかしない。pHは弱アルカリ性であるが、体感は塩素臭のするお湯で、泉質にこだわる人にはこの温泉地はお勧めできない。温泉街も昔は賑わったのだろうが、今は閑散としていて、良く言えば静かで何もない。そのため他の観光地のように大陸人がいないのが、救われる。

お部屋お任せでの予約したのですが、エレベーターが無い棟の４階でスーツケースの運搬に苦慮しました。
また、露天風呂のお湯が温泉と言うより沸かし湯のような感じで塩素臭がキツかった。

うまく込み合う時間帯を避けられたのか、大浴場もゆっくり堪能できましたし、朝食も家族でゆっくり摂る事ができました。ドリンクコーナーもあり、館内で日常を忘れてのんびり過ごさせていただきました。

まず、玄関や駐車場に従業員が居られなく、どこに車を停めていいのかよくわからない 夕食の無いプランの為か、部屋への案内はなく、多少迷いながら部屋に行くと、もう布団がひいてあった 石の露天風呂が無くなり、大浴場の外に露天風呂ができていましたがとても塩素臭かった 貸切風呂がとても良かったが、タオルが無いので部屋から持って行かなければならなかったのは初めてだ、バスタオルぐらいは有ってほしい キッズコーナーは今まで行った旅館の中では一番よく、子供が楽しそうに遊んでいました

大型のホテルなのに、清掃が行き届いていることに驚きました。 スタッフ仲居さんの気配りと笑顔のサービスも個人高級旅館レベル。 還暦祝で夫婦で訪問したのですが、スマートなお祝いと都度都度のサービストークが全スタッフ共有されており、気持ち良い時間を過ごせました。 部屋の外窓ガラスが大きいので、湯郷の街全体が眺望できました。偶然ですが、深夜に雪が降ったので、起きた時、街一面の雪化粧にビックリ。丁度、正面の山から朝日が出て来て、表現出来ないほどの美しさでした。露天風呂に入ると、竹や紅葉の枝葉に雪が積もり、美しい樹氷を真上に眺めながらの雪見風呂は初体験。ついつい長風呂してしまいました。一緒に温泉入っていた他のお客が、北海道〜鹿児島までの温泉旅行中のひとで、これ程の自然の変化を楽しめた温泉はなかなか無いね！っと喜んでいました。 お会計の最後まで、付かず離れずの良い距離感のサービスに、良い寛ぎ時間を楽しませてもらいました。 還暦の友人にも教えたいと思います。 感謝
