Check in was great. Warm welcome with smile.
Bed sheets are not clean.
Hairs on the wall next to bathtub.
Breakfast is fair, cafe staff not too cheerful.

The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms
That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication
I was refused first time
Then went back and insisted !
Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all

The hotel is relatively new, better than other Moon Hotels, and closer to the train station. There are large supermarkets around, where you can buy a lot of things you want!

Nice hotel, quite central. No parking facilities though. There is reasonable priced parking nearby but it would be helpful if the hotel knew this.

Not too happy with my stay here as cleaners walked into our room at 9am when we were still sleeping. Not sure why this happend but they were standing outside our room for a few minuets after this. Check out is at 12pm so they had not Buisness helping themselves to our room
