Nice. Staff are helpful. Standard Easy Hotel amenities are available. Best of the Easy Hotels I've stayed at. Would suit couples, groups or solo travellers. Maybe not for families

This hotel is modest yet budget-friendly, situated in a convenient location.

Needs updating, wallpaper peeling from walls, chipped surfaces in bathroom, curtains not hung properly. But clean and tidy

The staff were not only incredibly friendly but also showcased a high level of professionalism.

The beds were too small. Toilet door was translucent. There was no iron box, no kettle, no hot water. There’s no parking available. Overall just terrible

It’s very clean and modern keep it up _ just the parking is unclear

This time I was upgraded to the room with a window, however the windows do not open and the view was over a neighbor if building. Unfortunately the room I was allocated smelled of cigarettes, despite the smoking ban in the hotel. Air conditioner was broken, so it was pretty bad. I raised it with reception, hopefully they will be able to rectify the problem. Cleaning wasn’t up to scratch this time either, there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor.

My experience was awful the room was far smaller than it looked the bed only had one pillow the bathroom stank of dampness there was mold on the seals the air con sounded like it was broken was so noisy we could not put it on at night

+ Location is spot-on with inexpensive & easily accessible parking just a stone throw away and a big shopping centre(centre:mk) nearby - ~4 minutes walk + Room is clean, neat and tidy. + Staffs are friendly.  - Amenities provided are very basic though - no chair/kettle/cups, also extra pillow not available, however, I cannot really assume that as a drawback.  Overall, had a great stay there.

Really nice hotel, we got a last-minute deal going the same day and got a free upgrade too, was only staying 1 night, for the ice hockey, room is basic but clean and for the price can't complain.

Another brilliant weekend at the easyhotel .. staff are so nice ..the cuppa tea out the vending machine is the best cuppa tea ever ..

Nice to have a warm drink in reception after a long drive and the guy on reception was ever so polite, friendly and helpful coming to work the tv. I’d definitely stay again.

The original room I was assigned had a broken AC unit, which made loud electrical crackling noises whether it was on or off. The front desk attendant said to just not use it, and when I asked for a room change said it would be "too much effort" to do so. I ended up getting my room swapped to an upgraded room - one with a window. The room I stayed in clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time - there were stains on the curtains, dirt in the cubby by the bed, and loose wiring under the bed. There was also dust, rust and mould in the shower and bathroom. I ended up cutting my trip short, and getting a lift home with a friend as I was unable to stay there, and unable to get another hotel room in the area due to the football. Would strongly not recommend staying here.

Clean but no coffee, tea etc. no cupboards or anything else required and basic bed TV did not work
