hôtel facile d'accès , très bon accueil , personnel sympa chambre spacieuses ! un très bon restaurant avec menus variés et de très bonne qualité , petit déjeuner copieux ! le wifi fonctionne bien ! et les animaux sont les bienvenus ! petit bémol les toilettes sont trop petites !!

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Good carpark which is free. We had intended to camp in the area but as it was 37 for the 2 days we were staying we booked this hotel Last minute. A reasonable 3* hotel with a lovely pool and nice terrace area. The air con in the rooms was somewhat lacking, even on the lowest temp and full fan we were too hot when with zero covers on. We found the aircon to be more like a fan which was disappointing as it was the feature we most wanted out of a hotel . The WiFi was ok but patchy, perhaps because we were on floor 2, it kept dropping out. The location is convenient and the breakfast was a nice enough continental. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Très propre et excellente situation proche du centre et de la rivière à pied. Parking au top. Personnel accueillant et serviable malgré un hôtel complet. Bonne isolation phonique et bonne literie. Nous reviendrons. Très grande salle de douche.

This is a very nice hotel located just a short distance from the Mallau Viaduct - some rooms have a view of this spectacular bridge. The rooms have everything needed including a hairdryer, and we well appointed. The hotel also has a small swimming pool. There is a large veranda, covered and uncovered on which drinks from the bar can be enjoyed. There is a large car park. Just one very small niggle.... and no fault of the staff on duty, but due to what appeared to be lack of staff, we did wait a very long time for our pre-ordered meal. Having said that I would return and would have no hesitation on recommending this hotel to others.

L'accueil téléphonique et en présentiel est chaleureux et les informations données sont judicieuses. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie de qualité. Tout est très propre. L'hotel bénéficie d'un parking et se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Hôtel très bien placé. Chambres confortables et propres. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner complet. Rien à redire. Par contre pour le restaurant. C'est la catastrophe. Nous avons attendu 1h30 avant d'avoir les entrées alors que le restaurant était loin d'être plein. Les plats sont ensuite arrivés froid. Des assiettes à 30 euros loin d'être copieuse. Et le service pas professionnel du tout. Et aucunes excuses ou compréhension de leur part. Bref pour l'hôtel vous pouvez y aller mais mangez ailleurs!

Très bon accueil , hôtel calme chambre spacieuse avec grand lit , très propre ; Visite de la vieille ville de Millau à 5 mn à pied de l’hôtel . Bon diner au restaurant de l’hôtel . Après une excellente nuit petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix. très bon rapport qualité , prix. Les plus : parking surveillé et gratuit, le centre ville très proches qualité d'accueil

Goed te vinden met de navigatie van de auto. Goede parkeerplaats. Goed restaurant maar vrijwel geen vegetarische mogelijkheden. Te kleine wc, je kunt je benen nauwelijks kwijt. Geen bidet. Veel te weinig goed bereikbare stopcontacten in de kamer. Kamer was véél te warm en hoe de airco werkt is een raadsel. Geen BVN, alleen Franstalige zenders. De lijst met aanwezige zenders klopt totaal niet. De wind giert naar binnen onder het rolluik door. Vreselijk! We gaan hier niet meer heen
