The welcome was very quick and friendly reception. Food was hot , tasty and service was excellent in the restaurant. Molly was very knowledgeable about the menu and she gave us an amazing service. The breakfast and lunch was fresh , replenished regularly and staff was attentive. The table and restaurant was clean and tables cleared promptly. Spa was calm and enjoyable and just enough visitors . Check out was quick and staff very happy and friendly. Thank you

The Hotel was very dated, could not swim in the outdoor pool it was very dirty & the bottom stained. paving slabs around the pool very uneven definitely a trip hazard.Breakfast in the morning was spoiled by wasps all over the fresh fruit which was not refrigerated was informed they had a wasp nest lovely view but could not take drinks outside wasps everywhere. Room very dated with no air conditioning or fridge. Expensive overrated.

The “luxury” room we booked was dated, with a chipped desk, makeup/paint smeared on the curtains and the bedside reading light completely missing. We also had an issue with the shower, going from blistering hot to freezing cold in a second.

Lovely hotel staff very friendly- had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Staff look after us . Great customer service . Thank you to Manfred for making are evening special . Definitely with recommend to friends and family .

I had an excellent experience with Beau. The customer service was truly top tier. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and genuinely helpful. Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in major need of a refurbishment. Tired and dated rooms, messy and dirty communal areas. Hairdryer stopped working and rang reception twice but with no answer. Very short staffed and indoor pool and spa area overcrowded. Has what could be a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake but had parasols lying on the floor, cushions scattered everywhere and the lighting for the evening doesn’t work. The cafe here also shuts at 8pm totally under utilising this space. The only positive I can say is the food is delicious although a lot on the menu is extra supplements which is frustrating when you pay so much to stay here. If you are looking for a luxury stay this is not it and it is absolutely not worth the money they are charging!

I was a guest on a day pass last Sunday (birthday celebrations) and long story short, it was well and truly over-booked. A few niggles such as treatments not being booked at the same time, so we spent a few hours apart, but the big issue was lunch service. Squeezed into a small room, not the main restaurant, our allotted 1:30 came and went … no crockery (soup, but no soup bowls, no spoons) and an array of empty chafing dishes … 45 minutes later and a lot of apologies, food wasn’t topped up. The quality I’ve experienced previously sadly wasn't there.

We have a been a few times at Forest Mere but we wanted to treat ourselves to this place. We booked the suite and it was perfect. There was an outdoor chair that was broken I did mentioned to number or people but it was not fixed a bit of a shame. The lunch, dinner and breakfast was wonderful and personally a bit too much food. Beau at the restaurant was just wonderful and she made us feel so welcome even if they were short staffed. Thank you so much for making our stay magical. The outdoor pool was so good and the water was warm it felt like we were in span. It’s a bit busy but everyone makes some space. The facilities in some places are a little tried but the property is vast and it’s really hard work to keep it all maintained.

Fantastic 1 night stay Grounds are beautiful. Spa is great Jodie and Liam within the restaurant were FANTASTIC! So accommodating for my many intolerances. Brilliant energy from both of them. Thank you 👊🏽 Only Problem with the rooms being too hot. And couple of classes cancelled
