The hotel owners are very nice. Fast and smooth communication. Good location which we can reach metro station within few mins by foot. Clean and new facilities. Quiet and comfortable room. With escalator. Many restaurants and shops nearby. 5 stars hotel!

The location is just opposite train station. It was located on the third floor of an old building, which its every floor is a different hotel. So that one building consists of several hotel. I booked a triple room, the room size is quite large. the bed is comfortable. Cleanliness is satisfactory. The noise from the road is tolerable, just close the window if you are bothered. Service was basic. My only concern is the small and old elevator. There was one time it was broken so i have to take stairs to 3rd floor which is okay since i don’t need to bring my luggage. I couldn’t imagine if i have to take stairs with a luggage if the elevator is broken. Worth for the money.

Very convenient, 2 steps from the station. The rooms are large and comfortable.
Nearby you can find restaurants. It's great for a stopover to change at Milan Central.

There is a bus to the airport at the door. After checking in on the first day, I found it very convenient to travel, so I changed the hotel for the last few days of the trip to this one. The old-fashioned elevator is very unique. Families with children should ask about the city tax when checking in. Milan's city tax should not be paid for children under 16 years old.
