The location of this hotel is very good. It’s next to the Milano Centrale station and also have 3 operators of Malpensa Airport bus outside. The room is very nice and clear. The counter staffs are friendly beside the beadfast’s staff(no facial expression).

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, we needed it near the train station, we booked a room in advance. And we did not regret it. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, the room is clean, comfortable, we were especially pleased with the presence of a balcony. The only thing that was missing was the inability to have dinner at the hotel. It was raining heavily outside, we could not leave the hotel, we were left hungry. Otherwise, everything was top notch.

The room was very small and very unclean. One of the lights was broken. The location was very convenient. It was a 5-minute walk from the Central Train Station and the Airport Express Bus Station.

The hotel owners are very nice. Fast and smooth communication. Good location which we can reach metro station within few mins by foot. Clean and new facilities. Quiet and comfortable room. With escalator. Many restaurants and shops nearby. 5 stars hotel!
