It’s very nice and very well

the washroom was very small, I took the single room, location is great and food is okay not many options

The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. No welcome, no offer for a coffee and food dry. We left and found a lovely restaurant instead. The room was noisey and empty, not even China cups, just paper ones offered. Definitely never returning or reccomeding

After I checked out, I want to keep my luggege in the hotel, but the staff told me the position is full and asked me to keep it in train station. And when their housekeeper found I left one clothes in the room, they threw it away directly rather than kept it for half day maybe I will go back to take it. The room is clean but the sound insulation is bad.

The room is good size and the location is 2 minutes walking distance to central station.

Overall good

It was absolutely fantastic, far better than I expected. It's just one street away from the train station, just a short walk away. It's in a striking yellow building with blue windows. I arrived at 11 PM. The lobby door was locked, but there was a clearly marked doorbell next to it, with instructions on how to knock. I rang the doorbell and it opened. I entered the lobby and took the elevator to the third floor. The receptionist was a very kind and considerate elderly man. I initially thought the room was small, but upon entering, it was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It was the first time in Europe that a hotel provided disposable slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, snacks, earplugs, and two bottles of water. It was so convenient that I didn't have to bring anything out myself. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator was the perfect temperature, and there was a floor fan. It felt like home, and I loved it. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, and it was easy to bump into the door when I showered, but it didn't affect my stay.

The hotel is located near the central train station, a few minutes walk away, but there are not many available restaurants nearby, not much to choose from, the central market next to the train station is slightly more priced than outside. The hotel is located on the 3/F in the commercial building, the room facilities are okay, but the soundproofing is relatively poor, other people can hear in and out, but the soundproofing outside the window is better, basically can not hear the sound of cars on the road next to it. Front desk service is generally normal. Breakfast is in a location next to the front desk, not very big, just drink coffee and bread and the like, there is a McDonald's nearby, do not like the hotel breakfast can be done outside. Overall, convenient for guests who transfer or to the airport.

Pros - convenient location if you need a hotel near the train station. There is also a kettle and a minibar. The girl at check-in was very friendly, but the next morning she was different and strange. Cons - hot water is essentially warm, but not hot, old plumbing, you can hear between rooms as if there are no walls

Very friendly staff, spectacular cleanliness, there was even a toothbrush, excellent service. Only the Moroccans outside the train station did not allow leaving too late

Good location, n*** milan central

The room is large and clean, with good air conditioning and double-glazed windows facing the street. There are few facilities, no hot water kettle, only 2 clothes drying racks, and no tea cups. Very close to Milan Central Station, 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket and Turkish kebab fast food restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient.

High cost performance, can be recommended
