After I checked out, I want to keep my luggege in the hotel, but the staff told me the position is full and asked me to keep it in train station. And when their housekeeper found I left one clothes in the room, they threw it away directly rather than kept it for half day maybe I will go back to take it. The room is clean but the sound insulation is bad.

Very friendly staff, spectacular cleanliness, there was even a toothbrush, excellent service. Only the Moroccans outside the train station did not allow leaving too late

The room is large and clean, with good air conditioning and double-glazed windows facing the street. There are few facilities, no hot water kettle, only 2 clothes drying racks, and no tea cups. Very close to Milan Central Station, 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket and Turkish kebab fast food restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, which is convenient for traveling between cities and the airport. I am very satisfied with the overall environment, room and breakfast. I will stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were really helpful and assisted us with our requests. Only a 2 minute walk from the station. There were warnings regarding central station area being dangerous at night. There was noting that made us feel uncomfortable. If you want 5 star not for you. If you want a hotel which was very clean and helpful staff this hotel would be fine

The hotel was perfect for my three day stay in Milan. Great location, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station. The room was small, but adequate. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket, to my taste. The TV was on the desk, so I had to adjust. Breakfast started at 7:00. Perfect, as I had an early start. Coffee good. Delicious croissants. The TV only had Italian stations. No international news, but as I only wanted to watch the Eurovision Song Contest, it was perfect, in Italian. The staff was helpful and could answer all of my questions and fulfill my requests. I would book a room here again.

The most disgusting receptionist I have ever met in my life works here, and I travel quite a lot. It feels like this Asian woman hates people. The first time I thought it was my imagination, but no. She will never give you receipts for payment; in front of foreign-speaking people, she asks you in Italian to pay extra money for services that are included in the price, for example, breakfast. She inflates the prices announced by another receptionist on the phone and puts you in a room that is a different class than your reservation. She behaves arrogantly and speaks with disgust. Maybe she's underpaid? It feels like she is completely unsatisfied in life. I would advise her to change the hotel to a higher one and let them teach her how to communicate with regular customers (Unfortunately this is in the past) if she is able. I hope that the manager will take action against this woman and teach her correct behaviour, otherwise the hotel will have to work only with random tourists. and of course, note the extreme noise from the street, stale food for breakfast, served without hygiene standards, a terribly working air conditioner - this is especially sensitive in the summer season, dirt and stains on the bed, a bad-smelling blanket and the cherry on top is the crowds of dubious characters on the floor, constantly waiting for someone. I never make such a kind of reviews but my patience is over and unfortunately, convenience to the station doesn’t deserve such mockery and humiliation.

Considering this was booked on the cheap, last minute i wasn't expecting much but i was happily mistaken. Hotel is well located in the centre of Milan, just along from the central train & subway station. Despite being on the third floor, the hotel is clearly signposted with its on buzzer for the electronic exterior door. On the third floor, the elevator opens straight into a very large reception area. The staff i encountered understood & spoke good English. They were also very patient & attentive too. The decor was reflective of the premises, nice but nothing special. The place seemed very clean & the first rooms are located on the same floor. The rooms themselves are again nothing special. Spacious with a large window & beds were reasonably comfortable, if a little hard. Bathroom is a decent size with a bath/shower. Breakfast was served in the large reception area & their was an appropriate selection available which all seemed good quality. Their was also coffee available via table service. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment & i would consider staying here again.

Very kind and courteous staff. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Excellent location, very close to the station. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels. In the room you will also find a fan and a working TV. I highly recommend!

There was a mix-up due to the photos seen on the internet and the change of management, I didn't find what I was expecting, however after 20 years of hotel service that I carry out, I wanted to give a negative rating, but after finding the room really clean and tidy, a Truly impeccable service, envious kindness from the staff, I'm sure I'll be back!

The hotel is located 6 min. walking distance from the Central Railway Station and the metro station. There are several supermarkets nearby (2-4 min walk). The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an office building. The rooms were probably converted from former offices. The room is small, but has everything you need, including a stand for your suitcase. There is no shelf for gel and shampoo in the shower, which is inconvenient. The room indicates that something needs to be turned off at night to prevent cold air from coming out of the air conditioner at night, but I couldn’t find anything to turn off. Despite this, it was not cold in the room, although it was cold outside at night. Normal breakfast: muesli, eggs, yogurt, sliced sausage and cheese, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee. There is luggage storage. Wi-Fi is available in the room (you need to select one of the available networks with a stronger signal, having previously received a password for access at the reception).
